Put the wrong size 3rd function kit on my grapple. Slowed my hydraulics down so you had to rev the engine to 2000rpm just to life the arms. Did not ask for my money back but only wanted help sourcing the right size at a reduced price. They would do nothing to help me out. In fact, I could not even get a returned phone call from Jeremy. Nobody is perfect but find a dealer who is willing to help fix what was their mistake.

4 people working the front counter and never, has anyone ever called me back when my parts where ready!The customer service here is bad, and when you tell them about it, it’s like don’t even care!!Like I said I won’t be back…..!The fact that Capital Equipment can get on social media for complaints, but can’t make a 2 second call when parts are done, and this is your “policy”? Maybe your policies are a little messed up!

Parts and service counter are awesome as well with the correct parts and fluids for alot of different equipment especially Stihl and Kubota.

Rented excavator for a job it broke after using for a day and half called informed associate of the situation as soon as it happened wasn't even given refund for the whole day we didn't get to use couple hundred wasted better off with resource center or Carrollton equipment...Update after manager review they refunded the money for the day... But myself owning a contracting business would personally not want to deal with that associate again
