I worked for a year and a half. One of the absolute worst places to work for. I had quit because the work environment and coworkers are some of the worst people to work. They don't even follow they're own rules unless it benefits them. Management is a complete joke all or most of them have no experience working with them. Plus my supervisor started sleeping around with one the team leads and gave her any easy work she wanted. Half time she would hide in the office and have other people finish her work so they can leave on time. They treat like less then copy paper.

I don’t recommend working here. Or smoking their own high life products. Each grow they have, had so much MOLD. People coughing and sneezing on WANA gummies, and using a chocolate wrap machine that NEVER gets cleaned. They pay you poorly, only give premonitions to the “inner people” don’t hold interviews for in house open positions. They pick and choose, and not on work ethic.If they don’t like you they will fire you for “ hostile work environment”Raises are not a thing. $12 a hour for first shift, $13 for second and $14 for 3rd shift.McDonald’s and Taco Bell hire all shifts $15/16 a hour.You’ll be doing loads of working, making their numbers so our managers and supervisors can get their bonus and make their $18/$20 a hour doing nothing but watching us work and putting in OUR numbers.Coming from a former employee that quit a month ago.

Don’t buy anything from from High life. Over priced. Workers treated like slaves. Got in trouble for drinking too much water on my first day.
