They're great. Every time I go into the store they treat me as a person looking for help. They, also, have someone to help you at the counter. The prices at just a little bit higher than Walmart, but I don't have to go into Owosso or Clio to get the items I need. Plus, I get services I can't get at a big box store. UPS, tool sharpening, custom orders, cutting of products that I don't have a saw to cut them at home. Usually they have free popcorn. LoL. They have products made in the USA. Many other services and products that I don't know about, yet. 100 years in the making. Thanks for being there for me. Shop local!I need.

This place is great business. It has been around forever and I can see why they are so helpful they are right to greet you and help you find what you are looking for. I really like shopping local and this is a business that I really like supporting.

I stopped in today with my daughter and I can not remember the guys name that helped us but man was he great! He helped me get everything I need and brought it up for me so I didn’t have to carry my daughter around the store. He loaded my car for me and even helped me find a place to eat in town. Thank you so much! It felt like a mom and pop shop which we absolutely love! We will be back!

This place sells craftsman tools but does not like to warranty them which if you use craftsman tools you know they are lifetime warranty no matter how old...I was told my tools were to old and worn out but I've never had a issue at sears returning my tools so I took them to Lowes and they replaced my worn out tools with no questions asked as that's how the warranty works perhaps they should stop employing 12 year old kids and they might know this...been shopping at this over priced store for 12 years out of convenience but ill make the drive to Saginaw or Owosso for my hardware purchases in the future

You can't go wrong with a small town Ace Hardware. This place has great customer service. They will help you figure out any problem and have the parts to get it fixed.Owner is great, employees are great.

Great place for the do it yourself individual without experience. I remodeled an entire building with nothing more than my ambition. The staff is highly educated in most if not all facets of home improvement and can tell you what you need to complete a job/project successfully; that in itself has saved us a lot of money. To the ACE Hardware staff of Chesaning - we appreciate you would be an understatement.

Wish I would've just went here first instead of third! That would've saved me a lot of time and gas since I'm 20 minutes away from any where. Even when you don't know what the technical name is for what you need they always seem to figure it out and get you the right stuff. I don't mind paying a little more when it saves me a lot of time, hassle and gas.

Blatant disregard for the health and safety of their customers. Masks only protect you from spreading germs to others, so this business obviously does not are about their workers' safety. Will never be going here again.

Should be Zero stars for zero masks! Apparently it won’t let you choose zero... 😡You are knowingly spreading disease hiding behind fake reasons from non-existent doctors! THERE ARE NO MEDICAL REASONS to not wear a mask! Zero. Hippa laws weren’t created for ignorant people to lie about health conditions! You should be ashamed and hope to god you don’t infect anyone. You’ll also be fined. And deserve to pay every penny.

Always a pleasant experience going in there no matter what time of day someone's always here to help you as soon as you walk in the door if they're available and it's not too busy :-) everybody's always going to wait their turn but if they ain't doing nothing they always ask what can I help you with and take you right there so your shopping experience is fast and easy...
