Great customer service! We went in to get a lift and new tires on our 2021 Sierra Elevation. Cody was super helpful when we initially went in and gave us a lot of options. He explained all the options. The communication during the ordering process was amazing. The truck was in for the day. It's a super smooth drive and the truck looks amazing.

ordered new Fuel wheels Feb 2024, caps don't fit my F250 on rear wheels. when placing order 4 wheel ensured me, they would fit my super duty ford truck. I have reached out over 10 times trying to get a solution. 4 Wheel wants to blame Fuel but I paid 4 wheel and no support afterwards. My rear wheels look like hell.

Highly recommend. These guys were more then amazing installing the lift on my suburban. They had it done super fast and answered the 1000s of questions I had. They even called me part way through to let me know some parts they seen that needed to be replaced. There not just out to take ur money, these guys actually care and take pride in there work.

I felt this review was earned. When I first came to this place I was coming off a really bad experience with a guy trying to pull some shady business practices on me, putting used parts on my jeep. The guy ended up NOT doing the work needless to say, which sent me on a mission to find someone else who could do it. I called several offroad companies and ended up taking it here which was out of the way for me but was well worth gaining my sanity back. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! I dealt with jake from start to finish. He was very easy to talk to and it felt like I was talking to an old friend. I had a set of used axles which needed some modifications to fit my Jeep on top of my tie rod needing to be replaced without notice. One of the things that really impressed me is the fairness in price after already having my vehicle towed there and needing the work done. These guys got the job done! No nonsense and on short notice and banged the job out! If anyone is questioning who to go to for any kind of offroad performance work, do not hesitate these guys will take care of you!

Great place and customer service. Called then about options for leveling a 2022 gmc and installing bigger tires. Gave me several options and explained everything. I Highly recommend these guys! Cody and Jake have been exceptional. In my opinion, the true test of a company comes when everything doesn't go exactly as planned, or a miner problem comes up. How that company handles those situations speaks not only about the integrity of that company, but also the person/persons involved. These guy are Great! And do great work.

These guys have been amazing. I myself am a single female and its not easy to walk into some place wanting to accomplish something out of my expertise and not be taken advantage of and I can not say enough positive about these guys. They have been amazing and never made me feel that way. Any question I had they answered thoroughly and in the end I got my truck the way I wanted it and I will return for any future mods or vehicles I own.

I want to preface that the work they do/did for me was 100% satisfactory. I don’t see any issues with anything thus far and think they maintain a good set of workers.That being said, my rating is knocked down for a few reasons.First off, I hadn’t had oversized tires before. I was unaware that you need an oversized alignment shop to do the alignment. It says on your invoice “not performed by 4wheelbuy”. Finding someone to do an alignment cost me twice as much in the end. I took my vehicle to a dealership who “aligned” it and found they didn’t completely. They don’t have the machine to do oversized tires. So I had to find an oversized tire alignment shop. I feel this is a service they should be doing in house. After spending 3k in rims and tires, the last thing I want is to wear my tires unevenly because they don’t want to spring for the cost of a machine. I know machines cost money, but any other trade doesn’t tell their client they need to call someone else to finish the job they had done.Second issue I had was the mention of credit card fee when I went to pay. I showed up to pick up my vehicle and presented my card. I was told I would be charged 3% to run a card unless I had a check. It’s 2021, and everyone runs a card. If you’re going to offset your fees, don’t tell me last minute when I’m there to pay you. That’s the cost of doing business if you ask me and it wasn’t even talked about before I got there.So, my rating is based on my overall experience and I’m satisfied with the work done, but not too sure I’d be one to spread the word to go to them unless you’re cool with those two things.EDIT: I’ve been contacted by the company on the two issues I mentioned. I’ve since had them rectified and they are aware of these two items. They’ve taken it into consideration for further improving their customer service. I find that admirable and improved my review

Wow man these guys are awesome. They did an excellent job on my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. The customer service was top notch. These guys are top notch. From the time you walk through thier front door until it's time to pick up your ride , they are great. 4 wheel buy comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Cody is your guy. This place is awsome Jake was super helpful giving me all kinds of options and was more than happy 2 answer all questions after I finally made up my mind and scheduled an appointment on a Friday the crew doing install worked all day on it and even stayed an hour late to get it done because I added some maintenance at last minute. The install crew were so nice and did a perfect job truck looks so great and prices are fantastic. I'll be taking my jeep in soon for lift and tires and look forward to working with these guys again I can't say enough good things about this place they all feel like friends now thanks 4 wheel buy staff
