As a return customer I decided to write a wonderful review because this place has gone far and beyond when it comes to customer service and kindness! It really goes a long way in today's crazy world too. I want to also compliment Hannah and Ann for the extra time they have taken to help me when it comes to providing the best care for my cats that I love very much! You two are extraordinary! Great place!Clean store with a groomer onsite. A knowledgeable staff that is always willing to help.They carry a wide variety of products for all of your fur babies.There’s even a section for reptiles, fish and exotic birds.

better than nothing if you want a wider variety of dog/cat food than the farm&home might carry and you don’t feel like driving to ann arbor/jackson. They are limited in terms of bird/reptile/small mammal options though. They do not carry live pets/feed.

I went to pay and my item rang up for more that it was marked. They admitted to incorrectly pricing the item, but told me that at it was “still a good price and cheaper then it should be” at the ring-up price. Didn’t give it to me for the advertised price and then went and pulled them all from the shelf so they would ring up for even more. Not very pleased with them at all. I will go elsewhere. I prefer a company that honors the marked price. Considering I just spent almost $75 on two leashes, you think that is the least they could do. Overpriced and seemingly dishonest. I went to family farm and home and got the exact same leashes $20 cheaper.

I am not often in the Chelsea, MI, area but when I go to Chelsea, I will usually visit Wags to Wiskers to purchase my dog's dry food as only a few local business in SE Michigan stock the brand. They have a wide selection of products so you will be able to find everything to take care of your pet. The staff are helpful at holding items for in-store pickup if you call ahead and if a product is currently out of stock, they will call you when the item is back in stock and/or hold items so they do not sell out. I also like that Wags to Wiskers accepts manufacturer's coupons and participates in frequent buyer programs.

I am an enormous fan of this place. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. For example, my elderly cat was recently diagnosed with GI lymphoma and has lost a lot of weight, so I needed to find the fattiest, tastiest canned food available to give to him. A staff member knew exactly which brands and types of protein had the highest fat/caloric content and also recommended foods that included liver to help alleviate anemia while he goes through chemo. This was something I hadn’t even thought of! There are many more examples like this, but I’ll conclude by saying that my four cats and I couldn’t do without this store. :)

I love this place for their loyalty program (a free bag of dog food goes a long way) and treat selection, but mostly for how much the staff and owners care about the pets. My car was stuck in the shop during a winter storm when I ran out of dog food. Ann dug herself out of the snow just to deliver a bag of food for us. I don’t know many pet stores who would go above and beyond like that in a moment of need. Thank you guys so much!!! Dogtor Fauci loves you

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the foods they carry. The staff has helped me choose dog and cat food that is both healthy and from companies that make quality foods as well as companies that don't have recalls on their products. I've had senior pets that are picky eaters as well as requiring a diet suited for their needs - they have always helped me find just the right foods and supplements for my pets. They're always friendly too. More than happy to answer questions and help me find things.

Groomer is never available, yet they advertise for walk in services. I’ve walked in more than three times within the past month with no availability to do a simple trim for 12$. wouldn’t recommend for any services, but good for pet products

Absolutely horrendous. The world’s worst, most unhelpful, petty and downright mean couple of women work at this store. They’re perpetually miserable. Their pricing and price tags are all wrong often, their service is awful and god help if you ever ask them to look something up or help you out or price match. I have gone there a few times and each time walked out with a bad rotten taste in my mouth due to the garbage service I got here. Never again will I go here. I’d much rather drive all the way to A2 to petsmart or something even if I’m in a time crunch than come here and deal with these miserable excuse of human beings who are out there to ruin their customers’ days. What a shame because this leaves chelsea with no good pet store option. Stay away from this miserable place.

We stopped here on our way home from picking up our new pup in Waterford, MI and decided to stop for supplies. Best pet store I’ve ever stepped foot in. The staff was so friendly and they had sooooo much to choose from! All of the toys, beds, and dog food you can imagine. I wish we lived closer because we don’t have a pet store like this one anywhere close to us. I definitely will go back if I’m ever back up that way!

Our cat has been on a diet for a while and this place always has the food she needs for a reasonable price (sometimes lower than anyone). Shelves are well stocked and there is a large variety of foods, especially the less popular brands.

Wags to Wiskers is a great local place to get all your pet needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable when you have questions, and they have a huge selection from food to collars and everything in between. They have a fun Birthday program and events that support other local small businesses to really help engage the community. They've got a loyal customer in me for sure!

Always pleasant and helpful. I have spent WAY too much money here, but it is money well spent on a local business and the staff are all animal lovers and knowledgeable. And that is not to say that their prices are not comparable to the big box stores- they are! My go-to pet supply store!They also treat my pup, who sometimes misbehaves, like a princess! Thank you!!

Drive by this wonderful pet store in Chelsea when I'm in town to see a specialist doctor. I try not to stop in too often, as the selection of interesting items and the great prices causes me to spend WAY too much! Lol! Staff is warm & friendly. They carry many items I normally can only find online in my area.

Love buying my pet supplies here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was running late and couldn't get there before they closed, so Kat stayed and waited for me to get there so my boys could eat. Totally awesome people. Thanks again Kat!
