I'd rather eat a deer antler than do business at this Ace location ever again.I was treated rather coldly to say the least, by the staff members on several occasions. I go out of my way to be respectful, and be very friendly to any service industry transaction.I gave a very clear and specific description of the issue I needed serviced on a gas power tool, and included written instructions taped to the power tool and went over them with the staff members. When I pick up the tool, the price is 2 or 3 times what the average cost is for this service anywhere.I paid about $97 for "diagnosis" and repair/parts, on a $130 ish chainsaw.Consistently, these problematic staff members can't be bothered to be half friendly, or at all knowledgeable on the products on the shelves for how they function. I should not be charged for someone spending time "figuring out" something explained to them/something they should be knowledgeable about. Im not super pleased with the job done, and don't wish for these guys to touch my chainsaw ever again at this point.Last time I'm being ripped off/overcharged by these people. I'll drive much farther to be treated respectfully. Shopping here can be a real day-ruiner.

I always shop here when I need hardware for any project. Ace has never failed me as a hardware store. They have everything from screws, to mowers, to garden hoses. They have every bolt and nut you can think of in metric and standard. Surprisingly they also have decent snacks here. I would give this hardware store a 10 out of 10. They are like a mini Home Depot.

I had an immediate need for a battery for my key fob. I was hoping not to have to drive to the out-of-town dealership, and I am not good with technology, so I stopped at the Ace Hardware to see if they could help.Indeed they could. The man at the counter used his computer to check details, and he was careful not to damage the fob. I was so grateful for the assistance. This would never happen at a big box store.

I called this place twice to get information on a certain paint brand in stock. I was hung up on immediately the first time after politely asking, and then the second time was kept on hold for 5 minutes while being "transferred to the paint department." After 5 minutes I was hung up on. I understand that it might have been busy, but then just tell me that you will call back or simply can't help me right now. It's just plain rude to hang up on a customer. I hope my next experience with you is better.

This store is close to home. I usually bike there, if I can. Many items are higher priced to comparable items at other stores, so I have to weigh convenience and closeness against price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always checking if I need help. They keep in touch with each other via walkie talkies so they don't spend an inordinate amount of time looking for the employee who might have the answer or needs to help with things like the propane exchange.

I want to tell you how impressed I am with your employee, Ben. He's the best! I came to the store with a Petsafe collar with a broken strap and an old one that no longer worked-my husband was unable to figure out how to remove the broken strap to replace it. He claimed he didn't have the right tool. Ben took one look at it, told us immediately what was needed, and then offered to fix it for us-no charge! He's a young man who knows what he's doing-so glad he was there for us!

They knew exaxtly what i meeded and where to find everything. I got a coupon in the mail from the ace rweards program and saved a bunch of money also.

Best place for hardware. Especially stainless steel nuts and bolts for the harley. Great paint selection, love just looking around,you will find stuff you didn't know you needed!

Nice little store, that has a lot of the normal things you need. It's small so they don't have everything and are significantly higher priced then places like Lowes or Menards but it's nice to have close. The staff is friendly and helpfull.

The Male sales clearks both older & younger were very helpful as well polite. However the female store manager was rude & dismissive. I understand they were closing however due to global "PANIC" store hours have been minimal at best, felt rushed in with leaving store. I myself being out of work as result of "Panic"demic I would be grateful to work & get as many hours possible.
