The owner Francie (sorry if I misspelled it) is absolutely amazing. When I took my pit mix to have her groomed she did a amazing job on her. When I stopped in today just for advice on best shampoo to use on my dog lily who's a bully mix with a ton of allergies. She didnt hesitate to help and was extremely helpful. Especially when it came to what best to use for deer poop since my naughty pup rolled in it. Thank you do much for the chat and advice it meant so much 😊. And Lily thanks you as well

Just need to shout out to Creative Pet Grooming!This was my first time for my older golden,Josie. Wow! She has never looked better and seemed much more comfortable and less stressed than at other groomers. Josie is 12 and I wished I would have discovered this place 12 years ago. Can't say enough. Highly recommend these very talented and kind ladies.

We have been taking our puppers to Francie at creative pet grooming for a few years. She was always so gentle with our 19 year old gal that passed away recently. Our girls go in 2-3 times a year for a bath, and light grooming, plus nail trim. I am always highly satisfied with the care and attention to detail! Plus when we brought in our new puppy just to say hello, she gave us a complementary toenail trim on those sharp little puppy toenails. I was so grateful! Thank you Francie, you’re a gem!

This was my first, only and last visit with Francie. I will never subject my Tucker or myself to that treatment again. Tucker is a 17-year-old YorkiePoo. He’s my little old guy, but in amazingly great health and let’s just say I know his little body REALLY well! That being said… I was asked to stay there during the duration because of his age. In reality, she wants someone to talk to, or at. I’m REALLY glad I did though, because I was appalled. If you want unsolicited advice on what your dog MIGHT have, then this is the place for you. I was told:“He has heart failure” – No, he doesn’t.“He has a UTI and kidney disease.” – Ummm… No. He doesn’t.“He shouldn’t be kayaking” – He LOVES kayaking! We went this past weekend.“He should be on medication. Why isn’t he on medication?” – The vet didn’t think he needed it. Which really isn’t anyone else’s business… “Well, he’ll need medication after this…” – Ummmmm…?“I want him to have a poodle poof” – I don’t. Can we cut it off? (4-5 times asking, showing pictures etc.)“He should look like a poodle show dog” – No thanks. Can he look like this (shows picture)?“The week after Easter is so busy because everyone in Chelsea boards their dogs so that they can go on fancy vacations.” – I’ve NEVER boarded Tucker. (Don’t get me started on what she said about working in Jackson, it’s just not nice.)2 seconds into shaving Tucker, she hit something on his neck. I jumped into investigate and literally dug the tick out of his fur. Remember, we were kayaking the day before. “That’s a gash that’s been there for at least a week! It needs stiches!” - Ummm… No, it’s a tick. You killed it. It doesn’t. (looks down at my fingers that literally dug the thing out).“What kind of dog are you going to get after he dies?” – WTH?!?!?!?!?!?!?!“Don’t get a Doodle!” *Goes on LONG rant about Doodles*. – (Sorry Doodles, she’s not a fan of yours apparently, but I love you guys!!)“This is the shampoo that you need to buy.” – (Not the kind I’ve been using most of his life apparently. Not going to happen.)The list goes on…It’s a good thing I’m NOT the kind of person to jump on something that someone says about my dog or myself. I KNOW I’m a GREAT dog mom and have an AMAZINGLY HEALTHY 17-year old! Otherwise, I would rush to the vet and spend a couple grand in testing. How the heck do you think he got to his age?! She also will question you about everything! From “How many warts does he have?” to other aspects of your Dog-Parenting. Do your beloved dog and yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!I’ve had to hug & kiss my little guy apologizing that he’ll never see the hateful woman again and not to listen to a single word that she said this morning!!

I took our 11 yr old Brittany Spaniel here today, because our regular groomer was booked way out in advance. I am so pleased with the care and treatment of our boy Buster! Frances is a very caring and gentle groomer. She did a wonderful job with Buster! His cut looks great! I’ll definitely be a return customer! Thank you Frances!

I'm very happy with Frannie and how she groomed my dog. She is extremely knowledgeable about grooming and knows a lot about dog health too. She did a much better job than any other groomer I've been to (and I've been to at least 4 others). She made sure he was totally cleaned up and looking perfect from head to toe. She's great with the dogs and gives them love and attention too.

Frances has been grooming my border collie husky mix and other pretty girl who is blind. They both have very thick furry coats and hairy underpads. I have Frances groom them regularly as she does such an amazing job. I have never had someone deshed my dogs the way she does. Having two very shed prone dogs it makes my life 100 times easier. Both my dogs live Frances and have no problem being with her. My blind dog is very comfortable with her as she keeps other dogs away from her and is very kind gentle with my little blind girl. I have searched for years trying to find someone that can groom my dogs just how I want abs still keep it reasonable and I’m glad I found Frances she will be my fuurrrever groomer.

Frankie is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! My pup Lucy is scared of everything but Frankie is so calming and sweet towards her my pup is always smiling and incredibly happy when I come pick her up. Best groomer I’ve ever had.

We absolutely love Francis! She is super intuitive and I am sure she is a pet whisperer! Sunshine always feels comfortable and loves visiting for her grooming appointment! She says " Francis is so great, she always knows if I need a break and I don't even cry when my mom leaves!"

Kim is wonderful! She is caring and conscientious with my dogs and goes the extra mile in noticing small details about their skin and teeth. I have taken my dogs here for years and have always been happy with her attention to detail, kind handling of my dogs, and professionalism. I couldn't recommend a groomer more highly!

This is a wonderful dog grooming business. The owner, Francie, is very affectionate and gentle with our pups, and she really does a nice job with their coats, nails and other services. My younger dog used to hate being groomed after a bad experience elsewhere, but he has learned to trust Francie and she treats him like he's her own furbaby. Highly recommend this groomer.

Finally someone who listened to what I liked and disliked, and cared enough to ask detailed questions. The very first grooming my cockapoo has received to absolute perfection. Her coat is gorgeous, trimmed to amazing perfection. I have been taking her to another local groomer that was less expensive. Truth in "you get what you pay for". Kim is fabulous. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Kim for your beautiful work.

My mom who is 75 took her dogs in to be groomed, Fran was rude, and disrespectful. She accused my mom of animal neglect! Ridiculous claim and threatened my mom with a call to her lawyer and recorded their conversion. I can guarantee you there was no neglect and she over charged her. Fran's behavior was unprofessional and out of line. I will be sure to let people know NOT to use her!!!!
