Today, 4-24-24 7:05 p.m., i tried to place an order at this location, but the lady stated that my coupon only works at the store I got it from (false). Then she refused to scan it to keep from being proved wrong.I drive across the state and use this coupon, so to be blatantly lied too is really grinding my gears, especially since i always tip the difference.

The employees here are amazing and take care of everyone. The coffee here is the best I have ever had from biggby. I get the Firefly it is vanilla, white lighting (kind of marshmallowy), and cinnamon.Parking: There is parking everywhere for the whole mall.Kid-friendliness: They have kids' options and treat them kindly.

First time coming here to this location and it was easy to find and park. The ladies at the front counter greeted me with a friendly hello and a smile as soon as I walked in. I placed my orders with ease and these cheerful employees went straight to work and had them made in no time. The coffee shop itself is small in size, but mighty in quality. All in all, it has a real nice atmosphere filled with excellent staff that care about customer service.A heads up for those who like to save money and love coupons - They do not offer any physical coupons at this location. I was informed that they come in the mail and that is the only way you will receive them.Most Biggby’s I have been to have a drive thru, sadly this place does not. The employees did mention that the owner is working with the city to hopefully change that and get one added here real soon.I will be back in the future to check it out and see if the city approved of it.I highly suggest signing up for their rewards program because it is totally free. After you accumulate 12 points, your next beverage is free. They also load a free drink onto your Biggby rewards card for your birthday.Parking: It’s a shared parking lot with lots of other businesses.

I am a regular at this location and let me tell you, they are phenomenal!! They are always Super friendly, and I look forward to going in every time. They’re speedy when making all the drinks and food, 100% fresh and just the way I like it consistently. I generally go in the afternoon and that crew is superb: the team of Jenna, Aubrey, and Riley.

I stopped here around noon today 4/10/24 and the barista with the mid length curly hair and glasses made me the best matcha I’ve ever had (100’s of them truly from bougie places to at home to other biggby’s) Not only that but they served me with such friendliness that it lifted my day & spirit enough to want to give kindness to others. Bravo Chelsea Biggby for being wonderful in food, drink, professionalism & kindness. I was stopping on a road trip from Detroit to Chicago and it made me want to come check out more of what Chelsea has to offer!

I frequented this coffee shop often and pulled in on my way past to go to have Thanksgiving with Family. The young lady at the counter at 9:50am (dark hair and complection maybe with glasses) was very rude. Her attitude is not something I am going to pay to experience and I will never go here again. Zou Zou's is just a minute further into Chelsea, they have better coffee and food and staff that knows how to be polite.

If I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 I would. I had to wait two hours right outside their front door, because I had car problems. About 100 people passed me by, and only 1 worker asked if I needed help. My Mother passed away a few months ago, my Father is seriously ill. I care for him 120 hours a week. I could have used compassion, I could have used understanding...I received none of that.

I had a snowball freeze. It had good flavor, but the last 1/3 was undeniable because it was mostly air. So sorry our Sterling Heights Biggby closed since they were the only location in area who could make a good, totally drinkable freeze.

OMG! This coffee makes you forget about Starbucks! And Dunkin' Donuts who? And I love both, and in Florida we don't have Biggby...YET! The menu is varied and yummy and it's quick...can't wait to go back when in Michigan!

Good coffee. Cheerful staff. Pleasant and convenient place to meet friends in Chelsea. They also have a great selection of greeting cards. You can save money with a frequent buyer card by earning points. Biggby also has BOGO offers which I have used on the Biggby app.

I was working in the area and stopped in to get a good cup of coffee instead of going to Speedway. Got the coffee to go and headed back to the job. About five miles down the road I had a sip of coffee to find it stone cold. I don't live in the area, called the store to voice my concerns and was told the manager would send me a gift card for a replacement cup of coffee. Well it never came. Very disappointed

Very friendly Baristas greet me by name. They know their job and serve up my coffee perfectly. Very clean coffee shop. I'm a "regular" at the Chelsea, MI Bigby's. I give it a 5 * rating and credit the hard working young people who keep it running smoothly day after day!!!

Spring Arbor Biggby is cool! The drive thru makes it relevant in my opinion. It will be able to outlast the other coffee shops that have been and gone. The inside isn't very cozy, but it is spacious enough. Bathrooms are clean. A nice asset to the community.
