I went there today for the 1st time and she was AWESOME with my dogs. I took them to get their nails cut and she did a great job. And she has amazing prices. I paid $7.00 for each of my dogs to get their nails done. In the past I was having to pay $15.00 for each, NOT NO MORE!!! I highly recommend her. And you'll switch to her also. My NEW groomer!!!

Finally found a good groomer for my pom Lexi! She went way too long without one and Elaine made her look pretty again! We scheduled our next visit already!!

She does a good cutting job for hair. However she cut my dogs dew claw off with the hair trimmers when he was getting groomed... Then covered it up with super glue and said he was fine. Still charged us full price for haircut. Never offered to help pay for vet bill until I called to complain. I had to take him in to the vet to get it cauterized. After being difficult on the phone about not wanting to pay the vet bill she agreed to pay the whole sum of $238. I waiting for a week for the check to come in the mail and she only paid $140. I'll soak the rest but beware of your dogs extra digits....

so my dog who is almost 1 and 6 months old went here on may 27th 2020, he got there at 110 his appointment was at 130. immediately after dropping him off i had a bad feeling. but i ignored it. and also this is NOT his first hair cut. he goes to patty paws in cheboygan (which is Great btw!!) but they were closed. when i got him back he looked very depressed wasn’t himself. big sad eyes and his tail was down between his legs. i don’t know what they did to him to be honest, but then i get home home and checked him out and he had a nick on his neck which i get it happens. then last night (5/28/20) i saw he had 2 cuts on his leg and elbow area. let me just say i know my dog and how he acts, something is wrong with this place. i won’t ever being going back.

I love this place!! Elaine is absolutely wonderful with my dog, and nail trims always perfect! My fur baby warmed right up and loves going here now!

I went in with a bear and came out with a beautiful chocolate lab. They were fantastic, and my guy is a tad temperamental.
