Started going here for pellets after buying a home with a pellet stove. 2 years in a row they quit ordering pellets end of February. Michigan always gets 1 snow in April and will be cold on and off until then. This company obviously does not do ordering and such with customers in mind. I will take my business elsewhere to a company who understands we need heat until we don't, not until they decide it's warm enough. Customer service makes you feel like you need to hurry and leave. I'll stick with TSC who always shows that they CARE about the customers.

Purchased this from them. Very durable. Easy to assemble. Has high quality locks on all openings. I'd recommend highly and they were very accommodating. Had to go get it in another city to bring it to store closest to me.
