We were on our way home and had a long drive. My so did not feel well. I was thrilled that they had the homeopathic medicine I use! Second the gal that checked me out gave me extra bags in case he threw up while on the road. We were so grateful for her thoughtfulness! Fortunately he did not but glad we were prepared if he did!

We have gone to Walgreens for years but stopped in to this Rite Aid to pick up a pair of glasses, and could not believe how immaculate and organized this store is. It has to be the cleanest most organized store II’ve ever been to in my life. The employees were actively busy cleaning and keeping it organized, but still had time to be extremely friendly and efficient when checking me out.

Wow! I was completely impressed by this location. This by far is the cleanest and most organized store I have been in. The staff was friendly and helpful and should be the model for all retail chains. This store exemplifies what we stand for in Northern Michigan!!!

Wow what a terrible experience. I needed my medicine filled by Saturday. I was going to be in from out of town for a wedding and asked my doctor to send it here. When I went to check on my script at rite aid Ellie was VERY short with me. They didn’t have it and I figured my doctor was just behind on his work and didn’t get to it. Well I contacted my doc and they said it was sent over shortly after I talked to them on Friday.So I called Ellie again. She was rude yet again. Said she didn’t have it.The weekend ended. Monday comes around and I am back home. I get a notification that it’s filled. But it was filled at this location and not home (I live 4 hours away). I call again to see if they will transfer it, and Ellie is once again very rude.I was just trying to get my medication. That is the purpose of a pharmacy. I hope this place closes. Wow. I have never felt so compelled to write a bad review before.

I have been a customer at this location for years. I get my meds and vaccines there. I have always been treated extremely well by the staff. They are friendly, professional and very efficient. I have recommended this location to family and friends. They’ve also had great experiences there! Kudos to the manager of this pharmacy!

I was visiting from Chicago and wanted to get my flu shot for the season out of the way. Rite Aid in Charlevoix was recommended by a few people. The experience was as great as getting a shot can be. The pharmacist that gave me the shot was very kind and it was quite painless. I too would recommend visiting Charlevoix's Rite Aid Pharmacy for flu shots or any other pharmacy needs.

I talked to a female 03/08/2020 at 12:57 she was very rude when ordering meds to be shipped over to Beaver Island. She didn't even tell me the total cost.I called the following day at 2:31 and got a Male he was a good person. I asked if the meds shipped (they haven't arrived to island yet). He said yes and I asked about a cold medicine he said let me check and I was put on hold then a female came on and hurt my ear how loud and rude she was. Unbelievable how someone can be so rude. I just said I'll get what I need on amazon.

I have been filling scripts here for the last 8 years, and they are like family.. professional, very friendly, and have never screwed up my script.. highly recommend!! I read the bad review, and they may have been whispering about someone else's script, and laughing about something unrelated to the reviewer... I think the other reviewer was reading too much into it, just a little paranoid.

The woman behind the counter at the pharmacy was extremely rude and impatient with me. To top it all off, when she walked away she mumbled something about me under her breath to the other guy working there, and he looked at me and laughed. I was NOT doing anything to be an annoying customer. I was just sick and needed a second to get out my cash etc. Terrible mean service.
