While we love the selection, but today the one in Charlevoix the customer service let us down, first the worker complained about us wanting to buy a $500 horse hay feeder because he was going to have to make a path in the snow to get it, and to top it off we bought a heated trough for our horses and the person talked up the replacement plan then never actually put it on there when we said yes to it... and I mean this place is a half hour from us...sadly there is a tractor supply closer and this experience this morning I think has made us save the time and just go there instead...

Just happened to see this little place and was with my son after a successful sea trial of a boat I had up for sale that went very well. It was the Saturday one week before Memorial Day weekend. Still a little cold. No crowds of fudges yet. Restaurant had very authentic food. Good chips and fresh salsa. I think they got grandma cookin in the kitchen. You can tell it’s not off a Gordon’s food truck. The first Corona with a lime and welcome the summer of 2023 boating season. We’ll be back.

The people greet you with a smile and "can I help you find something?" Very clean store but I would suggest attention to the bathroom. The items were available and the staff were knowledgeable about the product we purchased. Thank you for your service.

Great people. Walked in, didn't know where to look. Asked someone, they directed me to the area. I wasn't sure I had the right item so I asked someone else and they directed me to another place and put it in my cart for me. I am definitely going back there.

Horrible company. After a dedicated employee works through covid-19 6 days a week, goes above and beyond to take on extra responsibility, completes their 2 week notice.. company has the nerve to screw them out of 120 hours of vacation pay over a technicality..

Stop at this store frequently. Great Carhartt and work wear store. However, I needed a dog crate and bed. The shelves were marked, but empty and dusty. I stopped about 6 months ago. Again, no inventory.

About ready to stop going into this store I came in tonight around 5pm looking for mudflaps.The young man working who looks to be maybe 19 this is the second time he has stood there and stared at me doesn't ask if I need help just stands there staring at me it makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome because of it.I can take my business elsewhere if he would like it's not like there isn't other stores to shop at.

The worst staff ever! I was checking out and the poor check out girl had to use walkie talkie to ask manager question and I heard the walkie talkie but darned if manager never did answer n poor girl had to register and look for price by herself! The cashiers name was Lauren and she was fabulous but the rest of staff worthless!

A mistake was made in my bill. I paid with a check so I have to wait for their corporate office to send me a refund. I offered to void my check and write a new one but they couldn't do that
