We have been going there for the last 3 years. It was a great place when the last owners had it. When the new owner took over, it became hit or miss, so we stopped going. Then we tried it again and it was great.. but after tonight.. we are done.Our server talked over us at the time of ordering our drinks and didn't get it right.Then the food order came but the cooks dropped the ball. It was so over peppered, to where we didn't eat it or even take it with us. The other one was dry and needed more sauce. Very disappointing 😞

My husband and I have been hitting up Monday Night burger night about once a month or so and were very surprised to learn (when we got our bill) that the special had gone from $7.99 to $14.99. I’m all for raising prices when you need to, but almost double the price seems like a lot and at the very least should be noted by the waitress and on their website which still advertises the $7.99 price. It used to be a great deal, but now not so much- I’m actually not even sure if it’s a deal at all. When we walked in we were surprised to see how slow it was because every other Monday had been quite busy, but upon leaving definitely understood why it was that slow. To the new owners: I would definitely suggest communicating changes, you have a lot of locals who have come to expect certain things or at least the decency of proper communication.

The pickle fries were on special, but it turns out there is a difference between pickle chips and pickle fries. When we ordered pickle chips thinking they were the thing on special, the server could have mentioned that it was the fries that were on special but they did not. Seems pretty underhanded! On top of that we had to send back an order not once but TWICE because they got it completely wrong. Also if you want mac and cheese, save yourself a bunch of money and buy a box of Kraft, honestly it was about similar quality to that.The onion rings were really good though.

We went here twice over the long weekend. I had the vegetarian option for a burger along with fries. It was excellent! Some veggie burger options are less than par, but this was very good! Then we went there for appetizers, and we had the spinach artichoke dip along with the cheese curds. The cheese curds were right on! I highly recommend those along with a bloody mary! I will definitely stop here again!

We rented their event space for our son's second birthday. They have inflatables, and it was so much fun for an the kiddos. We showed up to the room completely set up with plates, silverware, cups, water and juice, tables with tablecloths, and an extra table for cake and presents. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that we had one of their servers to help out with the party, and even more surprised that ice cream was included!The whole thing was so much better than we could have imagined. The pizza was delicious, and the staff was so great!

An absolute joke of service and the way things are handled. Waited well over an hour for the food only for them to bring incorrect orders and forget the appetizer that was ordered and already paid for. When asked about just taking the forgotten food off of my bill I was expected to just sit and wait around before just taking my food to go and not even eating it. Would not recommend, nor will receive my business again

First time to Jerzi’s. They have Keno. Bartender/ Waitress seemed experienced, the perfect amount of hospitality without lingering. I’ve heard great things about their pizza & am looking forward to trying it. I had a sandwich & fries. I consider the sandwich portion to be generous. The fries were awesome, perfectly crisp. The ranch was also awesome, must be homemade.What I found off putting was that I was charged for lemon in my ice water. Or I was charged for water or I was charged for ice? not sure which. It was ice water with a thin slice of lemon.

My husband and I stop for dinner we have lived up here since 1998 and never stop but we did on a Sunday the menu is a lot of different foods but only one kind of steak I would like to see more then one kind of steak one any menu other then that the food was great I had the cod fish my husband had the Italian beef sub sandwich with homemade chips...Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Very underwhelming. We chose to dine there because they have a fairly extensive gluten friendly menu. I ordered and a few minutes later was told that the only gluten free item they currently had was chicken tenders, not by far my first choice. My husband had the cudighi sandwich. We both felt that we could have gotten equally as good food from any frozen food section. Along with a drink each, the total was over $50. Yikes!!

Service completely sucked, but the food was excellent. Bar tender appeared to be drinking on the job. Customer service is not their strong point. The little things like checking on the customer, updating them on their wait time, asking if we need anything goes a long way. If the wait saff is paid on tips they sure aren't acting like it. My wife ordered an Oberon and the can wasn't opened for her like the state law requires and didn't come w a glass and an orange like the receipt states. The staff was so young I could smell the Enfamil on their breath. I guess everyone needs a first job, why not all work at one place.

We have eaten there many times in the past, 1st time under new ownership.Went there on 10-12 and brought some friends, service was good, but our food arrived barely warm at our table. I had the shrimp burrito bowl it was the smallest amount of food in a serving I have ever seen anywhere, left there hungry, not sure if we are going there again.

I remember the mac & cheese being better. We came to get some, but ordered by phone. They said the tray of mac and cheese would take 30 minutes. We waited the half hour doing other things, then my husband went inside and waited an additional 20 minutes for it while I sat in the car with our toddler. He said it took 5 minutes just to be acknowledged, then the person went back to what they were doing and didn't check on our order. Then, unfortunately, it didn't taste or look nearly as good as it was before. I don't know if they were just rushing or what, but everything from the service to the food quality was lacking.

Concerns Regarding Recent Bluey and Bingo Event at Jerzi's 41.I attended the Bluey and Bingo event on Sunday, January 7th, at Jerzi's 41 and I wanted to share my experience with others.When I initially purchased tickets, it was advertised lunch buffet included in the $25 ticket price. However, on the day of the show, I was disappointed to find that the lunch buffet had been removed without any prior notification on the Facebook post.I took the opportunity to inquire about this change on the event page, expressing my concerns about the alteration and the business practice involved. Unfortunately, I was promptly blocked from Jerzi's Facebook page. This left my family feeling frustrated and disappointed.I believe the situation constitute a bait and switch tactic which is both disheartening, unprofessional, and also illegal. I strongly earn Jerzi's to rectify the situation by providing appropriate compensation such as complementary items or experience to all in attendance that paid for the tickets.

Wow. This place was great. The service was perfect and so fast. Food was delicious. The special steak fries appetiser-dont miss it. I had the watermelon steak salad for main. Others had the mushroom burger and impossible burger- we agreed it was all excellent restaurant quality food. And nice feel to the place too, welcoming, nice set up, Good for a nicer dinner option. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We were there on Saturday night and had the worst dining experience, especially since we were there celebrating my daughters birthday. We were there with a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) made a reservation at 630 and were there early. Ordered our drinks, appetizer and meals at the same time. We waited over an hour for our appetizer. Prime rib was the special of the night, 2 were ordered at our table both undercooked and with the wrong sides, so had to be sent back. Meanwhile, 2 of us finished our entrees before the prime ribs came back out. We had ordered kids mac and cheese and s kids pizza. The mac and cheese came out with the prime ribs, but we were told the pizza was just about to be “thrown in” so that was an hour and a half after we ordered, we just told her to cancel it, then we found out it was never even rung up. When we requested to speak with the “on shift manager” all she did was bad mouth the waitress saying, “she isn’t new, she was the one that messed up, she doesn’t do a very good job” and just talking bad about her. The service was horrible, but the kitchen also messed up several things as well. I also don’t find it very professional to talk poorly of your staff. She didn’t take anything off our bill to help compensate for all the mistakes. This place needs proper training and right away! Another table next to us requested to speak with a a manger as well. I counted 8 tables during our visit so it’s not like the restaurant was overly busy. This wasn’t my first visit there, but it may be my last and that’s really disappointing because there aren’t a lot of restaurants on this side of town and the food is actually good when it’s made correctly.
