I really hope this place keeps going. The owner is very friendly. Someone is always there willing to help. Prices are a little more than big box but they are very conveniently located and they do cary a bunch of milwaukee pack out stuff. I personally love catching the big markdown sales.

This particular store has kind of gone downhill. Maybe it was the time I was in there but I don’t think so wasn’t greeted when I walked in the door. No one asked me if I needed any help

Went to Home Depot to pickup some Lye as I had a clogged drain. Unfortunately Home Depot didn't carry so I had to go to my alternative hardware store. Ace is always a great alternative to the big box stores they carry some different products than the big box.Always friendly staff, courtious, professional. Everytime I come in there is always a warm hello with a smile as oppose to the times I have been in the big box stores.They are open until 9pm I believe M-Saturday. Sunday until 6.Always check Google for the correct hours and product.They offer Ace rewards which gives rewards based on how much one's purchase history.

Love these little hidden gem hardware stores. All these little hometown hardware stores that make up Ace hardware. Sometimes it's nice to just go to a local hardware store and find much more personalized service in a smaller, less hectic store. The staff here is great.

The new crew here including the new manager should be fired for overcharging and bad service. They couldn't care less about customer service. A week ago I was almost overcharged for 2 four lb bags of diatomaceous earth, (advertised $10.99 each, she tried to charge me $16.99 each) but I caught it in time. Neither the cashier girl nor the manager apologized. Today I was charged the regular price for paint and crack filler EVEN THOUGH I GAVE THE CASHIER A COUPON FOR 7 DOLLARS OFF! TERRIBLE SERVICE! This place needs to get their act together or I will no longer shop here.

This ACE Hardware has the most helpful employees I've ever encountered. They cheerily go above and beyond to solve any problems that may arise. The store is clean as a whistle with well lit shopping aisles. If you have a question or problem the employees do all they can to solve them. Highly recommended.

It's a nice store. The people are nice as well. Prices are decent. The biggest thing is customer service. Unlike the huge stores one dies not have to walk Isle by isle only to find a person that may or may not have no idea about anything outside their department.

Bought Ace weed and feed. Opened the bag and it was basically clay, wet and unable to spread with my spreader. 26 dollars for something I can't use til it dries out. Won't be buying it again.

Stopped in for furnace filters. They had a decent selection. For its location you would think it would be busier than it was for a Sunday afternoon. This is my go to store even though there is one closer to my house.

Store is convenient to the neighborhood and the people who there are very helpful and your out very quickly. Prices higher than big stores but the convenience is worth the stop.

An employee named Bob tried to help me I need to spray paint and stencils to put my address on my garbage cans per the request of the city and she helped me find the stuff but the paint that she spray paint she had me purchase which was a very expensive ran down the side of my cans and would not dry on the plastic cans so she cost me a lot of money 8 sucks I'll never be there again

Only stop in for cases of water and sometimes other odds and ends for work. Staff is kind and attentive and store is tidy. Have a nice Yeti selection and other Michigan made, local things.
