Everything happened so quick and the doctor barley listened to my questions and just kept speaking. The rest of the staff were great and helpful but I am really not a fan of the doctor I saw. I will be taking my pup somewhere else. Good luck folks.

My experience of putting an animal to sleep is always been a peaceful one. Here not so much. Took me week to fully get to sleep. My cat was never given a shot to relax her. She started moving like a robot. Started sneezing out blood out of her nose. Took me over month and then some to post this. 3 shots not 2 .. no I V as well .

This vet and entire staff is amazing. My dog recently suffered a spinal stroke and although we had to see an emergency vet and Neuologist, we also followed up with our Primary, Center Line. Dr. Gary shares his personal cell number with all patients for emergencies. He would call and text me after hours just to check on her after her injury. The level of care and concern is unmatched. The entire staff will love your pet as much as you do.

Stay away from! If I could give this place a zero I would. We took our cat Horatio for stomach issues. After paying the fees and later my husband picking him up, they delayed and delayed and wanted more money. All this place sees is dollar signs. Not very compassionate. I agree take your pet children elsewhere. Stay away from this place!

I have to give Dr. Gary and his staff (and Dr. Gumbs) an amazing review! When my dogs minor "bumb knee" turned into a MAJOR "bumb knee", I couldn't have been happier with the care, concern and accomodations we received over a period of a week ({besides hoping for the surgery to be scheduled sooner} from the initial office visit/xrays, the consultant with the surgeon, return vist when he (my dog) did MORE damage to his leg, the blood work for pre-op, the follow up phone calls, etc.), they definitely made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Dr. Gary truly treats your animals as if they were his own! Probably why I've been going back with ALL of my pets over the past 20+ years. Dr. Gary had picked up on a heart condition of one of my past pets (now my ex husbands) that would have easily been missed by someone who DIDN'T take the time like Dr. Gary did. As far as we knew, she was a healthy, 6-9 month old German Shepherd with no medical issues we were aware of, and had he not caught it, without the medication, the dog (most likely) would not have survived! 6 years later, she is now a happy, healthy big girl!So thanks to all of you that help keep our furry little friends (family) happy and healthy. Older blonde lady at the counter needs to realise that your pet is an emotional part of your life and it’s not all about money. And have a little more empathy. Went in my dogs leg was not doing so well . I am a regular. I guess that doesn’t matter to her . She first tried to get me to another vet . Another girl heard the conversation and said I think we can sneak him in . She kept trying to push me out the door and she an appointment for a week out . The other vet tech said we can literally get him in in 10 minutes . She finally said ok . Then kept telling me the other girls how she was going to try to charge me for an emergency appointment . The girl said no don’t . She then kept talking as if I wasn’t there on how she was going to to charge me in another way . I don’t care about cost when it comes to my baby boy . Maybe she should go talk in the back . Wish my dog was more important to them than just a dollar again I don’t care what it cost to get him better . They did get him in and everything when smooth. Vet tech and doctor was amazing . Will continue to go to the vet because I have been going there for a long time just didn’t like how she treated us like a vagrant of the street . Shame on her she should go work were she doesn’t have to deal with emotions.

I cannot say enough good things about this Veterinary Hospital. The care my pets have received from CVH over the last 20 or so years has been above and beyond. Everyone who works here seems to really love what they do and take the time to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable and cared for. I feel very lucky to have found them.

Horrible for cats. I have had my cat for many years and he NORMALLY only experiences mild anxiety at the vet (mostly blood drawing and nail trim, normal anxiety). I have never seen my cat more stressed and scared at this vet while nothing was even happening to him.First, we waited for an hour in the car past our appointment time. I understand they're understaffed and emergencies happen, but then after we were brought into a room we waited another 20 minutes at least. The room was very cat-unfriendly. It also had an unbearably loud fan and despite the fan noise, we could still hear dogs barking from other rooms.The vet techs were lovely but the doctor only seemed concerned with checking to make sure my cat was still breathing. He did basic eye, ear, and feeling tummy checks but seemed unconcerned that my cat had gained weight and was having mild behavioral issues. The simple exam was also needlessly stressful because they manhandled my cat and burrito-ed him even though he would gladly sit for most of the exam if given a treat or two - they didn't even give him a chance to behave, they just immediately wrapped him up and stressed him out.They also strongly recommended a bunch of stuff for no good reason (lab tests "due to his age" [he's 5 years old], stool samples, etc.). I was apparently the only one who noticed my cat was alarmingly and abnormally stressed, so we only did a nail trim.I will not be returning. I will be finding a vet who understands and respects cats. My previous vet in another state was Certified Fear-Free and I will try to find one that comes close to their level of care.

Been here multiple times with my cat and they are routinely kind, patient and professional. They are cost friendly, and really listen to you. In the end, I had the experience of having to put my cat down, and they were supportive, gentle and comforting. After Cas, I don’t think I’ll have any more pets, but I will recommend this place to anyone. They are well worth whatever drive is needed to get there- I was willing to drive from Rochester to get there.The cremation service they go through is also top notch and surprisingly affordable for the quality of service you receive as well. I have a separate review for them as well.Overall, I have never been to a more caring vet. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me and Cas.

The staff and the doctor were kind, supportive, communicative and loving. It's very difficult to see that kind of care when it comes to giving your pets to strangers, but they were amazing. I will recommend them to everyone I know and suggest you make an appointment for your babies - I have never had people reach out to ease my anxiety and let me know my pet was ok 10/10 staff.

I love this place. They are very good with my fur baby. She actually likes coming here too lol... The staff is very friendly and always a phone call away. She, Lola, had a huge mass growing on her chest; Dr. Gary performed her surgery and dealt w me calling every hour for an update, which they happily gave... And now we are battling heartworm, which I am very confident will be completely successful. I know she's in loving arms here.

I love this Veterinary office. I have had to come in several times over the last few months for various issues with my old cat and new rescue and her kittens. The office staff and Dr's care so much and are always understanding of financial issues. They have helped me and my babies so much.

I left Parkview animal hospital to resume epilepsy treatment for my dog. Initially there were no issues since he had already been seizure free for some time and had a medication regimen that worked.However, the vet neglected to acknowledge the signs and symptoms of liver failure in my dog. What I now know was ascites, was passed off as Cushing’s disease and no medications were prescribed. My dog went on for years with his stomach getting larger and I assumed it was due to excess cortisol.Last Saturday I brought my dog in for shortness of breath. After paying $600 I was sent home with diuretics and antibiotics with a “possible” diagnosis of bronchitis. On Monday when I called to report that my dog’s condition had not improved, Dr. Gary responded with “I don’t know.” My dog passed away on Thursday. Had I known that he was in the process of dying from liver failure I would have made arrangements for him. Instead he died in my arms in the lobby at Banfield hospital after suffering for almost a full week. Please consider taking your pets elsewhere, especially if they are critically ill.

I started going to centerline veterinary due to a couple people recommending this vet. I’m not sure how my dog went into cardiac arrest after they attempted to try to put a catheter in him. After my dog actually woke up I attempted to take him home well he didn’t make it. My mom called them to let them know he didn’t make it , no call, no card, nothing. They simply don’t care.

My pet becace seriously ill. Called and was told to take her to emergency as they were to busy. Passing blood and $737 later was told she had colitis. Meds helped for a few days. later that week became very ill again caled to get her in and again told to go to emergency and I should call and make an appoinment. Well within a few hours later she died in my arms. This place is a money factory. seeing as many pets as they can see in a day but no care wnen you really need them.
