We don't come to Blue Moon Ice cream that often but it is such a treat when we do! There are so many great different choices so everyone can get exactly what they're looking for🍦I recommend the Sunday of the day they're normally pretty great options this time I got the drumstick Sunday and it did not disappoint!! Definitely one of my favorite little places in cedar so if you're in or around cedar I definitely recommend stopping by Blue Moon ice cream 🤠

Great ice cream with the best prices in the local area. Many local students work there and they are always friendly. The owner is great too. In the peak season you can expect a line! Worth the wait.

Fun ice cream place! I wanted the hard ice cream in my sundae so I got a chocolate cherry in my hot fudge brownie sundae and it was huge! I could barely eat it all. It had little bits of brownie and whipped cream and a cherry. I ordered it with sprinkles on top too. My kids got all kinds of different things and they all loved it. Reasonable prices and cute atmosphere. Friendly service and patient with our 8 person complicated orders.

You can't beat the customer service.We were in the area on a weekend getaway. However we had some pretty unfortunate events take place on Saturday that put a damper on the remainder of our visit. So at about 850p we called to see if they were open. He wasn't. He was opening for the season the very next day but he happened to be there getting everything prepared. He said that if we could be there soon that he would wait.We got there. He was extremely friendly. He listened to the woes of the day and why the ice cream was much needed. Ice cream hit the spot! It was amazing. Customer service is amazing.We arent frequent flyers of the area but I know I'd gladly give more of my money to this business if we should ever be here again. Top notch customer service and excellent ice cream.

I didn't know what to order because there was a big number of items available, and they all sounded good. So I asked the vendor what was the most popular ice cream they had. He said this is very easy to answer. The Michigan Pot Hole, everyone! OH MY!! It was amazing!!

I have to say a HUGE thank you to Blue Moon Ice Cream Shop for having the absolute best precautions for COVID of any ice cream shop we stopped at in Northwest Michigan. Masks required to come up to the window, clear markings in the sidewalk for lining up with appropriate distance, staff was all masked, and wiping down the counter between transactions. Thank you for helping to keep us all safe while still enjoying summer!Oh, and it was also THE BEST soft serve we had anywhere in Northwest Michigan. 😎

Terribly unfortunate that their food is great, but their service here is ABSOLUTELY horrible! Sat 15 minutes without being acknowledged and then waited another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive about 2/3 filled. Asked for the manager and after 10 minutes had to go looking for him, only to find that he was the same terrible sever we had the prior weekend. (Always good to give second chance.) All he had to offer was excuses and a less than apologetic attitude. Sadly, will never go back to this place again.
