I really like this place a lot. The people who work there are always nice, and most of the time, they have what I need, so I don't have to go to bigger stores like Lowe's or Menards. It's super convenient to shop here and avoid the 30-minute drive to a bigger store. Plus, my kids enjoy coming with me, especially to see the baby chicks! It's just a cool place overall.

Very easy to navigate. I gave it 4 stars because I did have to ask the staff where to find dog diapers and the lady that helped was in such a rush her customer service lacked a bit but over all it was a great place had everything we needed

They always carry my chicken feed, ive used the khalmbach hen house reserve for the last year. The girls love it!I get my treats, my grit, my bedding from here. Its not always cheap, but i have never had a problem getting the supplies i need.

check out girl put my wife's change on the counter like she was mad, and then didn't give her a bag. I asked politely for a bag and she ignored me. I'm in the parking lot right now writing this review. She then as soon as we walked away acted chipper to the male employee that was there. She didn't greet us or say a word at checkout. Her name is not on receipt and she has white finger nails. We shop here all the time. That was unacceptable.

I like the layout. You can maneuver the cart easily because it's not so packed tight with items that you can't function. It looks clean. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Didn't have what we needed. Sell chainsaws, generators and such but they don't sell the cord and handle to replace either if it were to break. Good thing Tractor Supply was next door they had cord and handle and we were back in business.

I came in to get a rattle bag for deer hunting on my way out to the field. They said they sold the last one 30 minutes before, but the representative in the store was going to make sure I had something to go hunting. He offered to let me use his sheds that he had in his car to make sure I had a successful hunt. Can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to help! Will be a customer for life!

Customer service is pretty bad in the store, and out back in the service center. They had my mower for 2 and a half weeks. Never called to tell me it was done. Just held on to it. When I dropped it off, one guy said it was shot and I could probably sell it for parts. The other guy drove it for 2 seconds and said it was the tension pully. He fixed it for 72 bucks....I was taken back by the lack of communication with this place. A frustrated old woman at the service counter got all uppity with me about picking up my mower. Waving her arms around about paperwork (which I had in my hand) that she needed to find it. Super rude and unprofessional. But I still like the products. I'm not mad, just disappointed 😔

Since opening in Cedar Springs, FF&H has been the place to go for our Ag (farm) hardware and misc supplies. They have a good selection our general need items on the shelves, in stock. Good people working there too.

Hedi did a Great Job she had 40 bag s of fertilizer and lime ready to go when I got there. Loaded in 10 mins and on my way home .

Great selection of products for home and farm. Horses, dogs, cats, sheep, lawn and garden, chickens and ducks, they have you covered. They also have Tools, generators, fencing, tractors, boots, hats, and coats.I have always had good luck here, finding everything that I am looking for. An employee always greets me when I walk in the door, and before I leave they make sure that I found everything that I was looking for. Everybody is so friendly.

Terrible service in the firearms department. They can't even figure out who they were talking to. Selling that hi-point to the guy that cut back in line must have been more important than my business, I will not be coming back here for anything.
