Located in Cassopolis, Michigan, this restaurant is great for meals and a quick lick for ice cream in the summer and winter.The food was good! I enjoyed a gyro, fried pickles, and brownie explosion! The cook knows what they are doing! For a fast food meal, the meal was really good.The service was beautiful! Although our meal took a while, the servers were very kind, accommodating, and showed great hospitality.The atmosphere was okay. Very clean, but the environment was dated. Great place to sit, but the lake outside looks amazing to sit by in the summer.Great experience at The Twirl Restaurant!Vegetarian options: There are not many vegetarian options.Parking: There was plenty of parking. However, during the summer, it appears parking may be limited.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly restaurant!Wheelchair accessibility: Nice space for wheelchair accessibility.

The inside is small, but we were able to get my grandmas wheelchair straight in the back booth. We had a beautiful view of Stone Lake. My sister had the bacon cheeseburger, which she said was on the smaller side, but delicious. My grandma & I had the Reuben. Sooo freakin good! My grandma kept saying how big the onion rings are & how thick her sandwich was. The waiters were polite. We enjoyed our time & our meal here!

Good food and friendly service. I've never had a bad experience here. Burgers are good. Chicken sandwich is hand breaded and the hand cut onion rings are excellent. Ice cream treats are hard packaged, not soft serve, if you have room. When the weather is nice they have a new outside deck that overlooks the new village beach attraction on the scenic lake. The Twirl is always a winner when I'm in the area.Parking: The parking lot is adequate. But there is more for the adjacent beach area behind the Sinclair station. There's a path that comes back toward the Twirl.

Great experience! Staff was friendly, orders were correct, food was good and the views were awesome! I had the Chicago burger(patty was hand made and smashed.) The Philly steak and hot peppers that topped this were awesome! Their hand dipped fried pickles were perfect. I had heard their hand battered chicken tenders are awesome as well. I did not get any ice cream, but they had a good selection. I didn't think their prices were expensive. Probably pretty spot on. The fishing pier and walking path is super nice! My advice is to come in the evening and watch a sunset on their deck with a burger and a hand dipped cone.

This little place has a cute location on a lake with a pier. The battered pickles were so good, and they had quite a few tasty options for icecream.The guy on the grill was doing a great job with how busy it was when we were there, and the girls did really well with multitasking.We will definitely be back!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice blonde girl she even held the door. We were coming in for ice cream. While we were picking flavors she became busy. Someone else came to help us however she was not as friendly. My daughter wanted Chocolate ice cream and apparently they didn’t have it. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and act annoyed that I didn’t notice the lack of Chocolate icecream. She did offer other flavors. I then proceeded to ask about a chocolate malt which the response became hard or soft. I just didn’t appreciate the overall attitude she had toward me.

This place has an amazing atmosphere, the nicest staff ever, and the best food! We cannot wait to go back.They even ran us out our onion rings that we were going to leave without ! The man who brought them out even loved on our puppers!

A Italian beef and 2 olive burgers takes less time than a cheeseburger.Got pushed out of line for other customers and and she rolled her eyes when I asked questions about the basket/dinner they apparently don't have. Watched 3 people order Italian beef and to people got olive burgers and they got their food somehow first. First impressions are usually most important but i guess they don't care

Husband and I had to stop at this place during our weekend getaway. We are sooooo glad that we did. We went for breakfast Sunday morning in March around 10:30AM and we did not have to wait for a table (not busy season in March). We got chili, ITS AMAZING!!!!!!! And then we got our breakfast. I honestly thought it was not going to be that much food because of the price. BOY was I surprised, there was so much food! My husband got a bacon cheeseburger with an egg on it (I wish he looked at me like that).The food was plenty, the staff was really really friendly and inviting, the owners are so sweet, and the price was just right! The menu is also extensive, they have something for everyone and larger orders if you want to take the food and enjoy it at home with your family.

So yeah . When we walked in the door the trash was over flowing and we waited at least ten minutes without anyone acknowledging us so we ordered our food from the counter and it was terrible. My wife had a patty melt and I had two Chicago dogs my wifes order was wrong the bread was super hard and the patty was very dry plus it had this odd tasting orange sauce on it . The Chicago dogs were ok if you like putting slim Jim's on buns. Now there was only two other people in the dinning room when we walked in but all the tables were dirty except the one by the bathroom and one of those chairs was broken . We won't be back in there

We went in because we seen the sign flash "dairy-free something". They were out of any dairy free somethings. Also, it is extremely hot in there...outside was lower 80s inside had to be upper 90s. Staff was excellent though...friendly, helpful and fast...while working in hot humid conditions. If we swing back through town, we will check again for a dairy free treat though.

Edit: after recent events, im dropping stars. The owner is hugely racist, and i dont condone that kind of behavior.Food is a tad expensive, paid almost $100 for two adults and two kids; not including getting ice cream. Would not recommend going during the food rush hours as we waited almost 40 minutes to get our food; parts of our meal came back cold.

The place is pretty nice, had an outside balcony where you can overlook at stone lake. I order today for two orders of chicken bacon ranch wrap with fries and onion rings. Apparently, who ever cooks are usually great at making the onions rings and the wrap but not today. The onions rings were overcooked and drenched in oil, my wrap tasted like it was a bit undercooked, the fries were soggy. Im pretty disappointed of what I ordered because they always be good but it also depends on whos cooking the food.
