so gross! I went in for a small meal for me and my family and the bathrooms were disgusting! I saw behind the counter that none of the employees were wearing gloves! Plus an employee walked out of the bathroom after me and they didnt even wash their hands! This place is below standards and is obviously not being checked hard enough by health inspectors! Absolute disgusting disgrace, should probably fire the manager and all current employees.Dietary restrictions: When we ordered a hamburger for our children who had dietary restrctions they put cheese on the burger. Threathing the saftey of our child.Parking: There was no parking available as most the emplyees/customers double parked over the handicapped parking spotsKid-friendliness: There is nothing "kid-friendly" about this establishment. It is dangerous for children and the elderly.Wheelchair accessibility: They closed off the wheelchair dining even though my grandfather who is a war vet requires accomondation. I asked for handicapp accomondation and they refused saying "anybody can sit wherever they please." but teens were blocking all the handicapp seating so we had to eat elsewhere. I had heard bad things about this establishment but this tunrned our whole family away from the franchise.

Very fast on the mobile order line, less than five minutes! My order was customized per sandwich and they were accurate making my food. Overall a good experience. The drive through line looked like it was moving at a steady pace without a bunch of cars parking and waiting. It's a nice building and clean on the outside.Pleasantly surprised here with this location, definitely above par!

Didn't get any food waited at counter for 15 minutes with no service. Kiosk was so dirty it could be used for biological warfare..... Heading to their other store in Edwardsburg to see if any better.....Update: Seems they've got their act back together.

Ordered on moble app, we dined in, I asked for it to be made fresh,as I have had food there that has been laying too long, she said "oh, it just came up" we sat down to eat, no onions on the burger had to go ask for them, fries were not fresh, was barely warm,tasted like old grease, i mentioned that when they added onions to the burger, she again said they had just came up and grease was changed that morning. The chicken sandwich was not hot so it was not fresh made either. If i would have had time i would have had them make it fresh while i stood there but had an appoinment so couldnt wait. This is not the first time either, I would not reccomend this place to eat. Sorry

I think they need some adjustments at this store. The drive thru was backed to the street so I decided to go inside to get my order. The lobby was quite crowded and with numerous people who had been waiting for I don't know how long. I had to get the cashier's attention to place my order of two senior coffees. The other customers about 15 minutes into my order giving began to complain, I saw no urgency of the staff to get off their behind and take care of the customers. After 20 minutes and another customer reminding the cashier ( who by the way was just walking around staring at the ceiling) I received my order. No sorry for the wait. Seriously 😒

I'm not one to rip a business. The folks working behind the counter were busting their butts to get food out efficiently. The wait for food was about 20 minutes. The store's trash bins were overflowing and customers were stacking their trash and trays on top of the garbage receptacles. There were some incredibly rude customers who need to take a trip to a store, so they can buy themselves some patient pants. Overall, things could have gone better, but I understand that worker shortage is affecting a lot of businesses this way. Hats off to the young lady working the front counter all by herself. Being faced with an incredibly rude person. She kept calm and professional.
