So sad that when we went to this hardware store today the workers and many of the customers weren't wearing masks or trying to social distance. Please be kind to your neighbors and wear a mask. Cass county currently has some of the highest COVID infection rates and lowest vaccination rates in the country. It would be a kindness to please wear a mask and try to stay 6 feet away from other people. Thank you.

I really don't go that often. Local hardware stores tend to lose money out to big chains and online shopping. It's nice to know that I can count on them being here in case of emergency like needing to make more house keys.

Workers are not wearing masks. While I was there a man walked in, saw me wearing a mask, asked if he needed to wear one, no comment from workers. I’ve been going here for years and will not return.

Very unhappy. I bought a very expensive strap for my car and it broke not even a mile from leaving my house. I called back and they told me to talk to my insurance company and hung up!
