They always have the best customer service and genuinely make my days better ! But today they went above and beyond with their exceptional service. The wait was a little longer than normal due to a backup on bagels and a wonderful barista came out with my coffee and mentioned that they paid it forward due to the long wait . I absolutely love Biggby coffee but these wonderful ladies and their heart warming customer service make the experience even better ! Thank you ladies for all your hard work !

I come here usually every morning, sometimes in the afternoon - for the most part I get an iced tea, but I sometimes get an iced coffee - I usually ask for almond milk or oat milk because I breastfeed and dairy hurts my little ones tummy. The last few times I have ordered coffee with almond or oat milk I have gotten coffee with dairy milk in it along with a very loud screaming baby with tummy pains for a few days. Yesterday 04/18/2024 around 3ish pm and I ordered a spotted owl, I asked for oat milk in that and they put regular milk in there instead. I would really recommend listening to your customers and making their orders how they ask.

Does the caramel garnish come straight from y’all’s paycheck? After spending nearly $30 this morning with the only modification on my order being extra caramel garnish in my cup, there should be some extra caramel garnish in the cup! I don’t know how many times they’ve messed up on this simple request, but I’m done with this location.

The communication and partnership I saw today between the 2 ladies in button down shirts (I am assuming are managers,) was phenomenal! Such great teamwork. I wish every place could run like this..Also they were spot on with my drink order! One took my order (girl with the braids) and the other made my drink (girl with the long dark hair) mmhhmm so good! I hope these ladies get praised for there good work ethic and positive attitude!! ♥️☕

I just like coffee no foo foo just coffee and I wish I didn't live 7 hours away from this amazing coffee shop. They offered me a hazelnut flavored coffee and it was the BEST tasting cup of coffee I have ever had in my life!! Super nice folks!! Amazing customer experience!! Great cup of coffee!! HIGHLY recommend would give an extra five stars if I could.

I’ve been to this location a few times and every time I’m disappointed. Every time I order a cold brew, they give me an iced coffee, which sounds like a minuscule complaint except it’s about $3 more expensive for a cold brew. This visit I ordered a latte and it’s incredibly bitter (like they forgot the syrup and let the espresso shots expire) and the bottom of my cup is full of grounds. I haven’t had a single good experience at this Biggby.

Stopped as it was one of the only coffee shops. The lady taking our order was very rude and short. Said no cold foam but it's on the sign. Husband got the Carmel marvals. It had no flavor and tasted like water. I had the hazelnut mocha it was okay. The sausage egg cheese bagel was at least good.

Absolutely love this store, have been coming since it first opened! But I must say as of late I hate going inside... the attitude of one of y'alls employees is a bit disappointing. She is very rude and talks down to customers and other employees, I have witnessed it a couple times. I see she is not on the drive threw window much anymore which I am glad... Something should be done though..I see my complaint on here changes nothing! I am now taking my complaint to corporate this is ridiculous. She has now closed the drive through window on my face while still talking to her twice! Who does this in customer service! Chante is her name I now know this cause I had to ask an employee that was almost in tears cause of the way she treats her. I normally don't complain like this but someone needs to change this attitudeTried to answer your comment editing is the only way it would let me. I believe it was Tuesday or Wednesday around noon-1pm. My days run together sometimes. I appreciate you replying.

Who ever owns this place should be concerned. I live 5 mins away. I would only go there every couple of months because Of the slow drive thru time. Every experience I've had is been long. If it was fatser I would go there once a week, your losing a lot of money just from me alone. A few times there is no one in front of me, 1st car at the speaker and the 1st thing they say is hold a minute. And several minutes still no one. Like today. So you lost my business again. I won't be back. If I can't get something in a reasonable time like Starbucks there is no point and your wasting my time.

Biggby Coffee's frozen mocha -mocha drink is dangerously delicious. It is easily my favorite frozen coffee drink on the market. And their barista Nicole in Cassopolis is easily the best barista of the countless that I have come across throughout the years. She is always so happy and cheerful to see everyone that comes into her store. Her joyfulness comes from her genuine love for making people smile. Considering the fact that the location does not have a store manager and relies completely on the crew/shift leads and their district manager (Alicìa), I'd say the three pillars holding that place up are Nichole, Alicìa, and Azreal. The fact that they are not permitted to accept tips is appalling! It should be at the customer's discretion whether or not we should be able to show our gratitude for their service, and however much we feel it was worth. Either way, thank you everyone up there for the excellent service, for brightening my mornings, and for always leaving me with a smile. ✌️❤️ Vegetarian options: They have a GREAT bagel and donut selection.Kid-friendliness: Most of the staff are kids themselves, so your child will fit right in. 🤣

Everytime I come through, I ask the person helping to give me a large of whatever their favorite beverage is at the time, and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and excited to help. The cost is a little high, but it's comparable to it's competitors. For now, I will continue my random drink journey. Stay tuned for further updates.Vegetarian options: They offer meatless food options for those who prefer a diet of roughage, roots, berries, and legumes.Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy, meat, sweetener, and egg substitutes. As well as gluten free items.Parking: The parking is limited, but the drive through is the way to go.Wheelchair accessibility: It's handicap accessible.

Ok, my one star is mostly representing my last visit on Sunday, March 12th around 1:00pm. And really only because of the actions of three individuals there, and lack of REaction from the district manager after messaging her directly. Let's start with the reprehensible behavior that I witnessed. I saw wanting female employee bullying another who clearly is a little slower than the rest. She then got the help from two other employees before the third one she tried to enlist finally spoke up for the poor girl. I know the two female employees that were part of the bullying where named Brittany and Azreal. And the third was a male they were calling I believe Arique? I'm not sure of the other female employee's name that spoke up and against the three hate spouters. But she was a smaller woman with short, light hair with a touch of purple or blue in it. She was very brave and strong in her beliefs to stand up to everyone else she works with. I messaged the district managers personal number about the situation and have to receive a response. I've never been prouder of an individual (the small, stong woman) but so so disappointed in the organization they work for.👍+👎👎👎= an environment not habitable for positive energyDietary restrictions: They have tons of dairy substitutes.

SLOW!!!!!!!!! I’m not sure how it’s possible to sit in a drive thru for 35 min to wait for coffee but this BIGGBY made it happen. If you have nothing better to do and want to waste an hour of your day. Stop by. Otherwise don’t waste your time. Did I mention how slow they are?

We go here when we need coffee nearby. It seems every time I go, and order a sandwich, it never comes correct. Normally I dont even care, but when its happened 4 times now you begin to wonder lol. As far as the coffee goes, its great! The customer service has been top knotch every time. I think its just due to short staffing and pandemic issues. Atleast they are courteous and respectful and fix the order when asked. All in all, I recommend, but check your sandwich 😆.

Waited 35-40 minutes for our food and drinks , not only waited but watched the crew stand there and notHand us our stuff or take are money while are stuff is just sitting there and this girl was just tapping at the computer for 20mims then another girl comes over and switches places and does the same thing as we still didn’t have are stuff . Our food was cold and didn’t even get straws for are drinks that have boba in them . By far the worst biggby experience I’ve had yet .
