I've gotten sick too many times from McDonald's (as a whole, not this particular location), so I'm no real fond of the food. But there was no other option in Cass City with the lack of time we had.Fries were hot. Chicken sandwich was OK. Sprite wasn't watery.Louann provided our service. And she did great, as she always has. (I have experience with her at other jobs. So I'm assuming her service is as excellent all the time there as well )

I placed an order through curbside and after about 10 minutes of waiting I walked inside to find out where my food was and the manager "Hope" got in my face trying to intimidate me and started smacking her hands together saying "we don't have any workers" she then proceeded to tell me that I never placed an order. I showed it to her on my phone and she then asked me to leave. When I asked for a refund or my food, she called the police. The officer that arrived was so disgusted that he offered to pay for my order so I could go to the restaurant and eat. Not only did I not get my food but I didn't get a refund either. "Hope" needs to be FIRED! Scott Welle, you need to fire this chick!!!

Very helpful staff. Food served quickly.Parking: Plenty of parking. Handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance isn't very wheelchair friendly without quite a bit of help.

I'm doing something I never thought I'd do. I'm leaving a review for a McDonald's! Actually, I left a not so good one for one in Utah, but I found the McDonald's to set the bar! I was picking up a load in Cass City, and I wanted a filet o fish. I saw this McDonald's was walking distance to my truck. It was clean and looked to be a newer McDonald's. The gals behind the counter were friendly and courteous. But best of all was the food. It was a McDonald's from 40 years ago, as far as taste and freshness. No sitting under hot lamps. The fries were hot and full size, not the tiny ones from the bottom of the bag. The sandwich was warm, and I was in filet o fish heaven. Must be quite the experience for me to write about it. Thanks, McDonald's and gals, for great food and service.

Skip this place! Everytime my wife and I go through the drive through there is an older woman who will flirt with me and call me hun or honey in front of my wife! 3rd time it's happened at this place! Not coming back until she is gone! Creepy and unprofessional! Nobody comes there with their wife to get hit on by some creepy old lady! No thanks!

This is a great McDonald's! Most of the time, service is fast but staff have always been friendly! This particular location doesn't have parking space numbers when you have to wait for food. Because of that, there can be a back up in the drive thru but it doesn't happen often. Bathrooms inside are kept clean!

We stopped in few weeks ago with our grandson who's has special needs the we get his French fries he loves McDonald's fries then he noticed there were new happy meal toys out we didn't order a happy meal but the young lady working the window noticed how impatient my grandson was getting for me to get the money for his toy n how upset he was becoming over it she slipped his toy in the bag for us our grandson has Auitism and has a very difficult time with understanding to be patient It was so sweet of thar young Lady and again Thank you so much for your kindness it went a very long way for him

They sometimes mess up orders late at night but it's usually pretty good in the daytime. I thought they were really sweet because I was on a walk with my child and they let me order even though the lobby was closed. We do frequent this establishment. It's the only fast food in Cass City.

Young people really need to learn how to make change! $1.11 given for a $1.06 drink. 1st mistake was Thank you and have a nice day! Me: I have change coming back! Service person: Oh! Then proceeds to hand me 4 pennies! I get their attention to let them know that it should be a nickel in change. So they have to get someone to open the till. I get 5 pennies back! Okay, that's fine. My point is they ASSUMED that I gave them 6 cents to begin with, then still hand me the incorrect change. It's not about the change, it's about not paying attention. It's not about just showing up, it's about being on task and being attentive.....in any job throughout life! And I wasn't rude! I just hope that a lesson was learned here. I truly appreciate anyone that is working!😊

I placed a very simple order today. A 2 cheeseburger meal and s10 piece nugget meal. I was pulled ahead for 6 minutes because my order was not ready. When they brought the order out I double checked it to find out it wasn't even my order. I then waited 10 more minutes for my order to come out. This order however did not even have cheese and the cheeseburgers! So now I have set here another 10 minutes so they can remake 2 cheeseburgers again. When I ask for a refund they can't do that though. We won't be back this is absolutely ridiculous

Everytime I go thru there they seem to mess my order up or just plain out not give me my food with no compensation for messing up and wasting my time I would rather spend the extra in gas and go elsewhere

Food always wrong. Long drive thru. They bump their orders off the screen to keep their wait times down for corporate. Dollar menu is non existent. Sometimes the mobile app doesnt work and coupons cant be applied. If they make you pull ahead for a fresh burger believe me your fries will be cold. The employees are so polite though. I've never had a problem with them fixing orders. It just gets frustrating when it is wrong I have to drive back to get my order.**edit** recently worked here at this location for one day and quit on moral standards. Its nasty. No one cleans when its closed . You're told to rush through the dishes that come out of the washer with food still on them. No one washes their hands after taking an order then bagging or handling food. A girl was under 18 working with a UTI and no one sent her home. They dont care about their employees let alone the food they serve or people they are serving it too. No amount of money could allow me to knowingly work here or serve/ eat the food.

Once again, it's McDonald's! The restaurant was clean. The food was consistent. (Thank you, "Mickey D," for salads, as an adult can only eat so many "Big Mac's," or so I thought!) The staff was very nice, professional and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I would recommend an effort made, to call the McDonald's, at least 15 minutes, prior to arrival, if you are a group of "ANY" size. It makes a HUGE difference in how fast you can get through the process. 😊
