Been here several times. Got some good deals but the staff is hit and miss. We called ahead there one time to ask if we could get balloons on Saturday. They said yes. We got there and they wouldn't sell is any balloons because they said they were too busy, even though we had called ahead, so we had to have someone drive to another town to get balloons instead.

Gave this store a 5 Star,but hard to get down the aisles because they have large racks of fright to put away,there always in the way.I dont see Bad Axe or Caro with these big racks always in the way.

I love the cashier's here! Louann and Brian! They are always so friendly, sweet, and helpful. Not to mention, patient! It's nice to finally find a Dollar General with cashier's that care about their jobs, and the customers! I drive almost 30 miles to come here instead of going right down the street to the Dollar General near me! The cashier's in Caro, mi are mean, rude, and have actually yelled at, and embarrassed me several times. They don't put out the proper sales signs, keep all the big sale items behind the counter for themselves! They admitted to having family and friends come in for the coupon and sale items they hold back! I give the Cass City store 5 stars :)

If you need something in a hurry, it's a good bet. They try to help locals with food stuffs, but you'll need to get your fresh meat and produce at your grocery. They fill a need though!

Dollar General has alot of different things. It's a great store for a one stop shop. Employees are nice and helpful! Never had a problem!

Love Dollar General. Place to get quick groceries if unable to make it to Walmart. DG has bread, milk, cereal and ice cream. Thankful we have this store because our town doesn't have a grocery store.

This store is not very organized and there is always a horrible smell in the store. The one male manager has a horrible attitude most of the time. I have witnessed him roll his eyes at customers for asking questions and also had experience with him talking horribly with other customers about a recent customer as said recent customer leaves the store. I would personally rather shop across the street at Family Dollar.

The store is typical and fine. But, being handicapped it would be difficult to open the doors in while in a wheelchair because they do not have automatic doors nor a handicap accessible button to open the doors.

They carry a lot of items in a small space. HOPEFULLY with the new store being built next door that items can be displayed better and be cleaner

Employees are just there to put in their time. They don't really care to help customers. They talk to other staff members while waiting on you, as if you aren't there.

I could not beleive how filthy this store was. There was garbage on there floor throughout the store and the floor appeared not to have been mopped in days.
