Excellent service and good variety of stock. The only bummer is that when I need to cut a specific amount of electric wiring, they have no measuring tool or cuters. So it becomes a pain to deal with that..

I went as a test to see what the difference is in a small chain store, in a small rural town, and my conclusion is, I couldn't afford to shop here on a regular basis the prices were very high, much higher than I expected. I don't know why small grocery stores charge so much, it's not a supply issue because there are many small markets I've been to that are comparable to or cheaper than box stores, and the thing I think about most is the people that are on low or fixed income that have no choice but to pay those prices, because of location and lack of transportation. Food shouldn't be a privilege. That is all.

Surprisingly great at everything for a small city supermarket. My only gripe is that you can get picnic paper plates but not paper platters. Eat your vegetables since they have plenty of fresh selections and also impressive in the meat and dairy departments. Why go anywhere else when Ben's is so close by?

I really like this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a little pricey but it's local and small so you have to expect that. It packs a lot of merchandise in such a small place though. From grocery goods and a deli to hardware and animal care it's impressive for a small town store. My favorite is the produce. It's fresh and local when available. They also have a Champ's Chicken.

What a joke needed some help and nothing.Was very disappointed.I don't know what to say have been in there many times and never any help where you need it and you have to watch the food prices not impressed at all when party stores have better prices on some of the food your looking for.

Awesome store in my hometown. And it's been a long wait for it. We've been without a grocery store for too long. What I love about it is its very clean, organized, friendly and safe from COVID. They use large plastic bags to pack my groceries, so i don't have 20 bags like the big local chain. I only have 5 or 6. No grocery pick up, but I don't need it because it's a safe store to shop. Everyone wears masks and are social distancing. Very courteous community store.

If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to place for groceries! Quaint store located in a small community. Has all the essentials along with Michigan-made products. Stopped here while my wife was in the hospital. The staff were helpful and friendly! Definitely stopping back here again!

Meat prices and selection were crazy. Probably would sell more products and food if prices were more reasonable. Good place to go if you need a few items but not for all your food needs, its just way to pricy.

We waited 6 years for a new grocery store. It has that big store, just what you need feel. Not a ton of variety but enough to make some great meals. Most of the staff was nice. Older lady was a bit rude.

I love Ben's. So thankful to finally have a NICE grocery Store in Cass City. Their Peanut Butter cakes are awsome. The employees are very kind. Pay them a visit at their Cass City location Today.

I thought it was a great hometown store, they were very organized it was very easy to find things.. They had good sales on things. I didn't think their prices were to bad. They even have a place to get chicken in there. Check out Champs Chicken.

Their is a variety of fresh veg. And fruits. selections are good according to the community size. I'm from out of area but like the convenience , of small store shopping. Prices are reasonable, considering the area. Will support the store.

Just shopped in Bens this am. 2 individuals who were shopping entered the store without masks. No one questioned them until checkout!I’m at risk and felt I’d be safe in this store. I was wrong! Not coming back
