Absolutely failed to uphold the civil rights of my son who was “allegedly” beaten and I use that term lightly. My son was traumatized from these events. Their whole investigation was compromised from start to finish. Not body in there right mind would read this report where a board certified physician who specializes in child abuse specifically gave reasons as to why it was medical neglect and abuse. They decided to use the less qualified opinion of a SANE nurse who gave conflicting opinions on the bruising. My son “fell down six stairs” was black and blue, hand prints, who head and ears completely bruised which the physician stated children’s ears down bruise from falling down the stairs. The ears are extremely hard to bruise. The interviewed my son not using forensic protocol standards. I was never informed on extensions in the case which is required by law. I was never notified that a new CPS case was opened against the perpetrator who tortured my son where someone witnessed him punching his 2 year old daughter in the face. This also violated the laws, their code of conduct according to their handbook, and violated my civil rights and also was against the law. According to their handbook both cases should have now been ran together concurrently for 90 days. Also during the investigating of my son perpetrator was driving 86 in a 55 driving recklessly with 3 children in the car not properly secured. And at this point they decided that my child was safe in that environment. I was never notified of this. I wasn’t even contacted to let me know the case was closed. Multiple children subject to domestic violence, abuse, and medical neglect and they failed to uphold their duty to protect these children. You should be ashamed of yourself. You completely dropped the ball and should be completely ashamed of yourselves for such neglect. The report is littered with 27 mistakes in reporting facts as well. I will be contacting the ACLU and internal affairs on this matter. Because if this is how you operate in iron county I feel sorry for the children who are being beaten in your county because they with have to deal with child neglect and abuse services. CNAS. Not child protective services. I really want to post this report as well on this review to keep people aware of your complete negligence in your investigation. It’s an absolutely travesty. Multiple laws broken and did not uphold their civil duties.

I have numerously reapplied for both medical coverage and Food Stamp assistance, which I had in the past, and was destroyed pursuant to identity theft by Charles Tibbitts, Lori Nelson and Lori Lowe.I can not afford a phone, and DHS knows this, and they still refuse to both help me, and communicate via either email, or the U.S. Postal Service.I totally qualify for both medical and Bridge Card (food stamps) assistance. The telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and messages, and telephone records of the criminals stalking me will show up on DHS's computer and phone hard-drives, proving their complicity in a very serious crime.I have tried to contact DHS over the internet, also when I last had minutes for my phone I called them 3 times, once having been put on hold for over an hour. They connected me to speak with one person after the next, wherein each time I had to re-explain my entire situation all over again.I have informed the FBI of their activities, and their computer and phone hard-drives over the years since I moved here, are being examined right now, as well as the records of the person's stalking me.I expect immediate total medical and prescription coverage, and significant Food Stamp assistance.Caspian, Michigan, Dbelongs in prison.

This is a shell office. Only secretaries and paperwork are here. The whole of Iron County is now out of Ironwood in Gogebic County. 2-3 hours West of here.
