Barb the cashier is such an awful human to have to communicate with, always in a negative mood and making personal comments on items purchased like she had a right to judge customers. She should be fired immediately due to unprofessional behavior. I will drive 15 miles out of my way to avoid that monster.

The store itself is great, however in the past few years I’ve been going here I always seem to have a problem with one person working here, older lady named barb. She is very unprofessional and very rude. I’d continue to shop here if I did not have to see her each time.

I had an issue with a product I purchased there. After raising the issue and some dialog (the owner himself willing to engage with me), we came to an understanding and a solution acceptable to both of us. I appreciate their willingness to listen to their customers.

I like this place have alot of cool stuff and I'm accustomed to using an "out house" as I work construction. I bypass two other gas stations on my 1hr15min drive one way to work just to go here instead. One being Meijer gas station and Speedway.

I bought a case of Caymans from them and had a flat nasty can, brought it in. Didn't want a full refund, just the can replaced and the old lady working was rude. That's the last time I stop there, I'll go out of my way to go elsewhere

a great selection, and great staff who are always willing to help you find something special. Jamie was so friendly, very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some drinks that where a huge hit.as for Crystals comment below, i don't think they meant to come off that way, being a women and having a very large group of men come in all at one time can be scary when you are the only staff working.

Very rude old lady that works there at night around 10:30 pm on July 3rd. She was very friendly with the man in front of me and when my husband and I got to the register she said nothing to us. And I asked her about a price on a product and she just stared at me and said nothing. I asked her three times and still no response. Will not be coming back to this store.

Sunoco90 Octane Recreational Fuel with NO ALCOHOL right at the regular pumps makes my old truck purr like a kitten. Everyone should be using this product to store anything with a gas engine for long periods of time , thank me later.Been coming to this locally family owned store for nearly 30 years , I really appreciate the improvements in recent years.Staff always friendly even when overwhelmingly busy , new fueling equipment , nice stock of many things a person could need, DNR Licenses and Race Fuel also available.

Lady working the register was a grump. Made my 22 year old Girl Friend walk back out to the car to get her ID even know myself was paying. Not a big deal just rude and annoying.

I have been coming here since I was a kid and never had an issue. But today was so disapointing. I came in to get gas and made small talk asking the lady if they are normally busy this time a year. She stated, 'well, we are in the middle of immigrant country'. Then she followed by '5 buses full came by yesterday and I was scared'. Those immigrants you are so afraid of not only keep your small town flourishing by keeping most famers in business, but they also keep your business open by spending alot of money for cheap things, rather than going to the local Walmart or Meijer and buying the item for 10× cheaper. All for convienance. Shame on you for being to blind to those who keep you in business year after year. Its sad not only to be able to say that to me obviously being Hispanic, but also while having a store full of customers.

I am very disappointed in how they treat their employees. A family business should act like a family. That's not what this is. Differences in communication and personality is one thing. Deciding whether someone (employees) is sick or not or whether they can eat or not on their sick day. Should not be a reason for discharge.I'm glad I can help with a lawyer. To sort this out !
