Unfortunately my mom and I had to bring our 12 yr old pug in today to be put down. The Dr as well as the rest of the staff handled the situation gently. They were kind and sympathetic. They assured us they'd handle Buddy with the upmost care and respect before and after he passed. It's never easy having to make that decision but they were supportive and compassionate and let us know how everything would be handled after his passing.

I have been taking my pets here for several years now and highly recommend them to anyone! My first experience was with my female Pomeranian that had to be put down due to an illness and we were devastated! We were treated with such care and compassion during our time there that I knew that our future pets would be treated by them. We now have two adult dogs who are their patients as well as some puppies that had their first vet shots and wellness checks before finding their new homes. They truly care and treat not only the owners with such respect and care but the pets as well!

I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Caseville Small Animal Clinic, which has left me with mixed feelings about their services. My two dogs had been new visitors to this clinic for routine check-ups and preventative care. However, a recent incident has left me disappointed and questioning the competence and customer service of the establishment.I had my dogs taken to this clinic for their regular preventative care visit, which included flea and tick prevention and deworming. To my surprise, not long after the visit, my dogs began exhibiting symptoms of a worm infestation. Worried and frustrated, I returned to the clinic, where I was promptly charged for deworming my dogs. It had been explained to me the situation, I was charged for four flea and ticks for both of my dogs and was never given dewormer.Reminding them of their initial error and giving them the opprotunity to rectify their mistake, I was hopeful this would all be made right, but to my dismay, they refused to acknowledge any mistake and insisted on charging me for the deworming treatment.This lack of accountability and refusal to rectify their mistake left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with 'CSAC'. While mistakes can happen, it's the response and willingness to make amends that truly define the quality of service in any business, especially in healthcare. In this case, I was left with a hefty bill for treatments my dogs should not have needed in the first place.The overall experience has certainly eroded my trust in this clinic. While the quality of care for my pets has generally been acceptable, the inability to take responsibility for their errors and the reluctance to correct them is deeply disappointing. A simple apology and a correction of the billing would have gone a long way in restoring my confidence in their services.In conclusion, my experience with Caseville Small Animal Clinic was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others to be vigilant when reviewing their bills and treatment plans. It is essential for any healthcare provider, including veterinary clinics, to maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism, especially when dealing with the well-being of our beloved pets. Unfortunately, in this instance, Caseville Small Animal Clinic fell short of those expectations.

We visited Caseville Small Animal Clinic today as just moved to the area and they are our new vet. Dr. Cooper and staff are excellent. Very happy with our initial visit and health check of our fur babies for routine vaccinations. Highly recommend!

Took our 11 year old Sheepadoodle, Daisy, to see Dr. Kevin today for a persistent nose bleed. Can't say enough about how knowledgeable, kind and genuine Dr. Kevin was to our old girl. I would give Dr. Kevin and his staff way more than five stars if I could. We drove two hours to go here for our beagle, Queenie, and they did not disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and affordable. I will make the drive to go here for my pup. Thank you Caseville Small Animal Clinic!!!

My dog is not a patient there, but hurt her leg while camping at Sleeper State Park. They were very nice and fit her in that day as an urgent case. The vet was very nice when she called me regarding her condition.

Caseville Small Animal Clinic has always been fantastic all the years we took our dog to them - they know pets are your family. Recently, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when we made the difficult decision to put our elderly dog down. Dr. Hooper and the staff were so kind and compassionate on the day we arrived which gave our family peace of mind after the procedure. Words cannot express how wonderful this veterinary clinic is!

I want to thank Dr Kevin and staff for all the care and compassion they showed us at one of the most difficult days we've had. We had to say goodbye to our dog Charlie. We had an emergency. Our dog, Fred got into something poisonous. He was extremely ill. They got us in right away. The commutation was excellent as was the care and companion, Thanks to the doctor and staff Fred is doing much better now.

The best Vet and vet staff I've ever had to utilize! We had to euthanize or ageing dog due to a growth in her sinuses. It was horrible but CSAC helped up with a short term medication that gave us time to give our old girl an amazing last few weeks. Ultimately, we made a quality of life decision and CSAC came through again with the passing and also provided post sympathy follow-ups. Thank you CSAC!

Great place to take your pets. Took my childhood dog there growing up, and my 2 fur babies I have now. My dogs and myself always leave there happy. A little expensive but they always worked with me. Wouldn't wanna take my girls anywhere else. I was there for an hour and a half when they were a little busy. They even sent us home with a DQ gift card for making us wait. Great staff and they have mine and my animals trust completely.

Miscommunication about emergency appointments and I apologized multiple times. I was not rude. The woman, blonde, glasses, was very unfriendly and just wow. The attitude was just ridiculous. I can understand being upset about staying overtime when you want to go home. I get it. But don’t be unprofessional to NEW patients. Terrible. The doctor was actually nice. Small comments, but his were not rude or unreasonable. It’s a vet clinic, supposed to love and take care of animals.

My 11 year old yorkipoo broke his ankle. I called 5 different clinics and all of them said sorry but were are booked for the day. I called Caseville and they too said they worked booked but they would squeeze him in. As soon as we got there the Vet Tech was right out and got all the info and took him back. Within 10 minutes the Doc came out and explained what he found on his examination, he asked for permission to draw blood, and xray. After giving consent with in twenty minutes every thing was back and xray confirmed exactly what the doctor's initial diagnosis was. It has to be Surgically repaired by a specialist who can't do it until next week, but they sedated him and lined every thing up as close as possible and put a splint on him. Now they were booked, we did not have an appointment, and within 2 hours we were headed back home. The Vet Tech and the Doctor were very compassionate and they didn't make us feel like a burden that possibly put them 2 hours behind. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

Would rate zero stars if available. I was a client with 3 pets at this place and will NOT be returning!!!!This place denies medical treatment to sick animals and instead tells you to drive an hour and a half away for emergency services. Does that sound like a good compassionate place to care for your loved pets? I don’t think so. My daughter’s pet died on the way to that emergency vet that is an hour an a half away because you refused to even look at him. Shame on you

Love this clinic. I am not a permanent resident of Caseville but live is SE Mi. I am switching my animals to this clinic. They are amazing. Each individual that works there is kind and compassionate. Their pricing is outstanding compared to the huge markups at my local vet clinics.

I have never seen such horrible customer service. Had an emergency visit on a Saturday. There was some miscommunication on their end with a brand new patient . Doctor dismissed what had actually happened with the pet as a magical cyst that "just happens". Spent more time explaining the dog is fat. Alot of rudeness and attitude from receptionist and cost $95 for a $11 antibiotic and good luck attitude. Thanks for nothing , will NOT return. Will be finding a vet who actually cares about animals
