This grocery store is great! We drive 30 miles each way to shop there simply because of price and quality. So their selection may not be as good as Walmart but their brand "our family" is better. We have yet to find a single our family brand item we are not happy with. Just this week our total went from $220 to $130 once the card was scanned. Keep it up vgs

The store is laid out rather strange. The aisles are super short, and everything seems to be jammed in a tight space. Also, the prices are severely high. I mean $2.99 for a head of lettuce? Oh lemme guess...its covid related...That's everyone' excuse right?

Update: Had to pull a star. Deli just can't keep help. Help they get doesn't seem to be fully trained. Always have to ask them to call a manager because they don't have proper info. Been going for literally years and have always been told they will separate the chicken containers for special selection of meat for smaller meals. Tonight THE MANAGER tells me they don't do that. Only special circumstances. Well, I go for lunch. Don't have time to find out if I can this time or not. Need to be consistent. If ya don't want to, don't. Just be consistent..The store is pretty decent. Been around forever. Food is usually kept fresh and there's always decent deals of some sort.Lost a star because it has the worst deli on earth. I still find myself going there just to see and get the same of 2 results almost Everytime. Either the dishwasher ignores you completely for an uncomfortable amount of time and I just walk away, or I do get service and the chicken is so dry you can't bite it. Really need to put some special attention in to this deli.

Prices a bit high but they carry items that one would have to travel to the city to get. Just returned from shopping here, and I have to tell you what a pleasure it was for me seeing as how I haven't shopped here since my husband passed away. Not only was everything nicely stocked, but the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! I'll truly be back!

When checking out, be aware that their prices are never correct and always don't match the shelf price tags, even if you have the YES card.

They are definitely more expensive than Walmart and some other places but they do have good deals and sales with the "yes card" and the store is nice, with lots of parking. I'd much rather pay a little more here and deal with less people, as opposed to going to Walmart.

Wow the price of potato chips has really gone off two bags for $9 $6 for a bag of chips regularly really. They did have some nice chicken breasts and pork chops so it was worth the trip

The store is nice and clean. Doughnuts are amazing and baked fresh every morning. Sightly on the more expensive side but sometimes it's worth it instead of going into overcrowded Walmart. $ off per gallon when you spend so much

Before I start, I worked here previously but not for long due to finding a job within my field of study shortly after taking a job here. I feel as though my experience as both a customer and worker can provide great feedback.This grocery store is one of three in Caro. They have similar products to the other two, but they also have some products you can't find at either of them. It is on the pricier side, but if you're part of their discount program, it makes prices a little better. They have higher quality products, so it makes sense why they would cost more.I worked in the deli/bakery. The deli and bakery are both kept clean at all times! The deli has different brands but some of the cheese and meats are a product of Boar's Head. Boar's Head has top quality meat and cheese. You won't be able to find their meat anywhere else in Caro! The deli is also known for their fried chicken! It's made fresh and hot! Sometimes there are deals on fried chicken because it's so popular! They also keep fresh items in the cooler! The bakery makes fresh bread and donuts too! Their donuts are phenomenal and they make special ones every once in a while.The staff and management are VERY friendly! I never had a problem or an issue with anyone while I worked there and even after I've worked there. Everyone is kind and patient with other employees and customers! I really haven't heard a lot of negative experiences with this place. Overall, this is a great grocery store with high quality products and customer service!

I think their prices are sometimes too high. They do have some good sales. I absolutely love their homemade chicken pot pies they sell in the deli. They make them twice a day. If you can get to VGs to try them. They are so good!!! I will also have to say that everyone in the store is very friendly. Please give them a try.

Prices are high(even for a chain). Bought some groceries (on sale due to the $$) for lunch a few times. The third time I realized I was being over charged, the staff were clueless (and helpless really). They couldn't understand that it was my lunch and in no way apologized or offered a solution.Oh, and my candied apple was rotten when I bought it. Should have been refrigerated, sold it from the counter.

Has a good selection of pastas and salads in the deli. Has a good deli. They have excellent taco salad but only served seasonal.(summer). Very organized. Good selection of household cleaners and products. Nice liquor selection and beer.

This place has been our bread making business for 4 years and as of three weeks ago everything was fine, but now no one can seem to make the bread the correct way. It has to be the flour, yeast recipe, the place where they let it rise. We cannot have our famous steak blt and ham with out the correct size bread. I would hope someone can figure out why all of a sudden this is not being done correctly. I feel it is something to do with the ingredients, because I know some of the people have done this correctly before. Please check into your ingredients, dates of expiration, and any other things.

Love this Grocery. The Deli is fantastic. Great fresh baked Breads. The choices of pasta salads, potatoe salad, fried rice, crab cakes, Boar Heads Meats... Best in town!
