Long story short think before you sign those papers for a as is vehicle especially if you have the once in a lifetime voucher to help you get in a vehicle. I love my Malibu but for 3 months now I've had a lot of issues and now my car is stalling at stop sign and stop lights and starting to go through coolant.. but use your judgment just a word of advice. I do not wish to be contacted about reasoning of this rating because the outcome will be I bought it as is but trusted you guys also.

Absolutely recommend Kate! I was already frustrated with the world when I walked in the door. She made me feel completely at ease right away. She was honest & upfront about everything. She even held "my" Jeep until I received the check from my insurance company. I bought the Jeep AS IS. A few minor repairs and I'm heading to Maryland with it tomorrow. Thanks again Kate!!!!P.S. Sorry it's dirty Kate, but I live on a dirt road ... LOL

Just bought a new minivan and the process was super quick! I messaged ahead and they had the vehicle all ready for a test drive when I got there. Very little pressure from sales staff as well which was nice.

Great communication on initial calls. Very friendly.With that being said I probably wouldn't recommend shopping here. Bought a vehicle there and it had lots of issues within the first week. A lot of this could be avoided if they would do a better job inspecting the vehicles before selling.

Just bought a vehicle from them and come to find out there is 2000 dollars worth of damage. The head gasket is bad the water pump is bad and the thermostat is bad. I haven't even had 1 day and now I can't drive it because if the overheating problem I bought this vehicle for my son and I to get back and forth to stores and work and now I. Cant even do that. I really thought by buying a vehicle from a I used car dealership I would be ok and have a safe car. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone the 100 dollars is not even close to the 2000 dollars worth of damage that this vehicle had even before purchasing.

Don’t buy a car here unless you want more issues than the car is worth. Had multiple issues with the car (took the car back three times and attempted a fourth time all before the 30 day mark!) to be told they would fix it the first three times but would not a fourth. They also refused to take the car back and refund me the payment. Each repair was only temporary bandaid repairs. Took the car to a real mechanic to be told the car needs a whole new transmission. You can’t tell me you looked at the car four times under my ownership and could not tell the car needed a transmission!They sold a lemon to a father, a pregnant mother, and their four year old son as a family vehicle.

Absolutely bull I spent 10k on a car to have a trash batter and one missing Cadillac converter the mf knows how to clear codes off cars to get the check engine light to go off and I bought a plate and tags for the vehicle there and it was supposed to come in the mail and I haven't received anything so when this paper plate expires in 2 mf days I'll get a lovely ticket which I will be making these idiots pay for.
