I go here almost everyday they have a good selection of cigarettes, tobacco, tubes, alcohol, soda, & vapes. Their glass & smoking apparatus selection is mediocre and definitely on the expensive side. Some of their pipes are outrageously overpriced , not gonna lie. They have some food like snacks and candy but the selection is very limited & they do not accept EBT. The staff is great other then the owners, they are kind of off-putting & creepy, especially Harry, the short bald guy. He is always calling girls gross pet names like baby & sweetie, which I personally do not appreciate, but from what I can see they only work short shifts in the morning usually. Stephanie, Doug, and the newer girl whose name I have not learned yet (blonde, sort of curly hair, very smiley) are all fantastic, they are helpful & friendly. Last thing I will mention just as a tip, the blinking open sign above the door stays lit up and blinks 24 hours of the day, this does not reflect their actual business hours... They are only open until 9pm weekdays & 8pm on Sundays I do believe.

I would have rated 5. But, the last time and times before when I'd try to count $ out to pay, the guy working, young guy with a SUV always acts like he's irritated all the time. I miss Phoebe and the other lady who recently worked there and Harry. That other guy needs to get over himself on how he puts himself off as!

I bought a 3 torches here for concentrates, big mistake!!! They waste butane I was also buying a can of butane a week here for them. Well I decided not to buy another one here when the last one went dead and bought a Legendary Chef Torch off amazon, AMAZING! I fill this one once a week my butane I now buy somewhere else as well lasts so much longer!!

Utterly the most disrespectful staff that I've ever had the courtesy of meeting. If you want someone to tell you, "It's not my problem, I didn't finish highschool." While being screamed at on your way out of the parking lot for your curiosity; well than this is the store for you.

Worst place to go if I could give it to zero Stars I would ..I just moved to the area and I have went to this place 2 times but after the 2nd time I would never EVER go there again!! My riomaroo purchased a product from them and then after opening it it was empty! So he called them up the worker said not my problems. Call the manufacturer and hangs up! So he calls and the numbers are all non working numbers..so he calls back to get his money back the man was very rude and said "not my problems" and hangs up once again! What place of business can be run like that?? Horrible horrible

Well after asking the young man there working for the prices on some items that weren't priced and ask him about different product in the store. He decided after I purchased our items and left the store he would vent to other customers how annoying we were. I returned our items I guess my 70 dollars wasn't worth his time to answer my questions. I will never return....

This is my favorite place to grab any vape. I love Mr. Vapor and they have plenty different kinds of flavors. They also have reusable vapes and juices which not only i but my dad and fiancé love to go and pick out what we want. My fiancé got a pipe for himself too. Its the best little shop for any smoking need from cigars to cigarettes to vapes to even weed.

The staff is extremely rude, and I'm pretty sure they sell fake vapes. They last 1/2 as long as everywhere else i buy them, and i have gotten vapes with 4 different Authenticity stickers. When I called to tell them the vape died super early they just said it was my problem and to buy another. There plenty of other places around that sell smoking equipment, dont wast your time shoping with this store.

I went in there to get a drink and my mom was getting a vape *for herself* and the guy says can i see your ID when i’m just with her and i get kicked out due to me being only 18 and i wasn’t even getting anything of that sort but i still get kicked out terrible service!!!

i called to ask if they had a specific item and the man that answered the phone had a rude tone and told me he could not tell me if they have certain things in the store, and then hung up on me. i called back and said that i was driving an hour to get there and don't want to make the trip if they don't have what I'm looking for. he then said then don't come!! I've been in the store b4 and had no issues!! but for the man to be that rude to me on the phone makes me want to never go there again!!

I am 19. I have my medical marijuana card and am a regular customer at elite wellness in Vassar. Was told I cannot buy a grinder because I’m not “21”. Not a tobacco related product. Wow. Never coming back.

Never open on time always waiting for someone to get here. If you aren't going to be open at 8am then change the time on the door and shut the open sign off. I'd be fired if I was this late every day. Bad for business!!
