Very hard to deal with employees when they will not listen to the customer. There is one guy there he thinks he knows everything but truthfully knows nothing. They are okay with newer cars but have absolutely no knowledge on the older model vehicles. Great store terrible employees......

So I stopped on for brake fluid and my dog locked me out of my car 🙈 they were so nice. My phone was also in my car. I called my son to bring the spare, in the meantime someone checked and filled my break fluid. I did a little shopping...lol but they were super nice and helpful.

Ill be going to orilies or auto zone from hear on out. I got the same guy last 2 times there and he acts like I'm the biggest inconvenience in the world, all I needed was to check out. Bin a customer there since they opened in the 90s.

I always use Advance Auto. Usually a great place. This one though, well, no masks on the workers or the customers. I went in for 2 parts. They didn't have either after their computer stated that they had them. They were talking about a customer and I wondered if I'd be the next conversation piece. 👎 They need professionals.

Had to get hydraulic fluid for my tractor it was almost 9pm closing time I called and said I was almost there and Dominick said he could stay a few minutes later so that I could get it! Excellent customer service

Got a great deal on 108 octane boost. Sign on shelf said buy one get one free. It was expired but sign was still on shelf. Plus i had $5 off coupon. Cost me $2.12 for to cans. Cha ching!!!

Stood in the only line available forever while I watched a bunch of other employees walk around in the back. After waiting for at least 10 minutes the woman whose line I was is asked a woman right behind her to help me. The other woman complained then came to help me with a nasty attitude. Then when I asked about the code reader she tells me that that don't come out to hook it up, instead they give it to the customer to do it themselves. It's not too often that I need a code reader, but anytime I have, and employee would come help me. I wouldn't have been so upset about it if the woman had not acted like I interrupted whatever it was that she was doing. Not my first bad experience with the woman that work there, but I can promise that it was my last!

Very helpful. I'm kinda confused as to why caro allowed an oreillys to be built literally in the same block as 4 other auto stores. Advanced has everything u need already. Plus the rewards are awesum. Leave it to caro.

The people back of the counter used to be knowledgeable. Not now if your lucky you will get one or the other girl that has been there awhile. The other clerks are not able to get you the right parts. Sad sad!

Don’t bother calling and reserving your parts I did today got there 15 min later and was told there just sold my reserved parts 5 min ago. They will never see a penny from me again
