Jenn is an amazing person! We had gotten a fur baby from her some time ago and unfortunately she had seizures before she turned 1 which nobody could have predicted. We tried everything we could do for her but unfortunately she didn’t make it. Jenn stayed in contact with me the whole time and was very supportive. Shortly after the loss of our nelli girl. Jenn reached out and stated that she would like to offer us a puppy if that was something we were interested in when the time comes. I was floored! What an amazing person to offer that to us, she really is an amazing person and helped put some light in our life again. We picked up our baby Lou just recently about 6 months after the loss of our nelli. My kids are so happy again, I cannot thank her enough. ❤️

We had a wonderful experience with Puddles Palace. We adopted a Chinese Crested puppy. He is just as perfect in person as he was in the pictures. Puddles Palace answered all my questions I had ahead of time in a timely fashion. We were able to set up and pick up time and location rather quickly as well. Puddles Palace was accommodating as we were traveling over 8 hours to pick up our new puppy. If we decide to grow our fur baby family more we will start with Puddles Palace!!

Jennifer is great to deal with and takes great care of her pups. Has a lot of knowledge about pugs, bulldogs, and frenchies. We got our pug Bruno from her last year.

Jennifer from Puddles Palace Kennel was perfect, answered all of our questions we had. Our frenchie, we named Stella, is absolutely perfect!!! We love her so much!!!Thank you Jennifer!!
