Worst poorly run store I’ve ever seen in my life. By far. Pathetic. There’s always all of the carts out blocking everything so you can’t get to what you need and the shelves are mostly empty all of the time. Dudes stand around smoking outside. It makes no sense.. You take a cart out from back. You immediately put it away. You take another cart out and put that away. You don’t pull all the carts out and block people from items all day while not working them while your shelves are empty.

Renee was able to save my son's birthday! I needed helium balloons for his surprise party. I had no idea how hard it was going to be to get them! I called 15 stores, none of who had balloons AND helium, or who wouldn't do it because they didn't have staff. Renee went out of her way to accommodate me and got the balloons that I needed ready within and hour. This store's customer service is second to none! Thank you,!

The store shelves are frequently empty. The employees are always outside smoking everytime I come here while people are standing in line waiting for service. I can smell their second hand smoke all the way in the parking lot and in the entrance of the store. The employees at this store are very unprofessional. 🚬🚬🚬🚬

Brand new store, absolutely filthy inside. Floors covered in trash and dirt. Sticky gross counter tops at checkout. Items falling off shelves and isles filled with carts full of cardboard and trash. Sad to see a brand new store start off this poorly, especially during a pandemic. But, friendly staff so that's a plus.

I am a frequent customer at this store and I can honestly say the employees here are very unprofessional. On my latest visit at this store I witnessed one of the female employees repeatedly cussing in front of me and the other customers. Very, very, very, unprofessional.

Disaster! There are never anything on the shelves. Carts and boxes for restocking blocking isles and blocking the items that actually are on the shelves. They should take some pointers from Dryden location. Huge difference!

Poorly managed store, went in at around noon on a Saturday, looked like one worker, bins all over store, blocking isles, disorganized. Fairly new store but disappointing.
