This was our first visit to any tractor supply store and the people who work here are one of the best. Joshua, Patrick, Ryan and Savannah. We ended buying a golf cart from them because of the knowledge and customer service of All these staff members. They went above in all they did. It would take to much time to describe our experience and why we felt this way but it was outstanding. They don’t work on commission and they all care. We even got to get our dog’s picture with Santa

Love this store! First time shopping here but definitely not the last. I bought an enclosure door and was greeted immediately. The young man who assisted me displayed exceptional customer service! He educated my husband and I on the different options and I was happy with our purchase. He did an amazing job up-selling us when we noticed we couldn't fit the door in our truck he suggested we buy a pack of bungee cord and tie it to the top rack. Huge selection for animals, farms, and other out door activities/ projects. Clean and well organized. Mask are required there is not a line to enter.

Extremely racist staff! All of them! Needless to say, they're very rude and unhelpful! They are all absolutely disgusting. From the cashier to the warehouse guys and customer service desk, they're absolutely horrible. Of course, I will never be back. Not that they care...

Please change the hours on your electronic sign on the building. You have the best store around and I drove from whittaker mi tonight to buy salt and other supplies. Only to find the store closed at 8:13.My buddy was there earlier and checked the hrs on the sign for me when he left. It says 10pm close. Super frustrating.

I love coming here with my family. The manager, Joshua, really makes you feel comfortable and walks you through anything you don't understand. My wife and I were able to build a successful chicken coop and have been raising ducks and chicks successfully thanks to Josh amd his team. We have been loyal customers ever since. Love this location and always come back.

This was my 1st time visiting TS and the staff was Friendly&Helpful. The Prices are Great The Store is very neat and clean&Items are easy to find. They even have outdoor/work clothing like Carhartt& Columbia brands. A few home decor items, Mens bar soaps and lots more stuff I didn’t think they would even have. Definitely will be coming here from now on to purchase our products.

I wish that I lived closer to Canton Mi. Tractor supply. The whole staff along with management are very kind and super helpful. They all made it possible for my son to get his GK 200 go kart for Christmas. And it can't thank them enough. Josh and the whole team is awesome go check them out..

Came in to use the dog wash for the first time & the lady in the front was the sweetest. Our dog is a German shepherd and is very vocal, super friendly and just TALKS. As we were walking out after using the pet wash, a large male employee was standing at the end of the isle as we were passing and our dog started barking. He looks over to us with a nasty look and says “ learn how to get along” . I told him she is just super vocal but friendly and he said “someone may think she’s trying to attack”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? If that were the case the dog would be muzzled and wouldn’t be brought in public unless she was safe. She’s a two year old, very vocal breed. Will not ever return here again.The man was an employee and he could clearly see I’m rushing out as fast as I could. I get that it’s annoying but he could’ve just let me walk out without the unnecessary comments.

Very affordable place. Plenty of things you could need from a day in the job site to a life on the farm (joe). I only wish the boot selection was better. Many cemented boots not a lot of welted boots.

TSC has pricing similar to Harbor Freight but their products include many farm-related items that you won’t find at Harbor Freight. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Went there for the vet clinic; it was awesome! The vets/vet techs were so sweet. They also give you a free 5 lbs bag of food with the vaccines and a coupon to use in the store, so my doggy was able to pick out a toy after her shots :)The store is very clean and has a great selection!

The system they have of inventory is ridiculous. Went to get something that showed 4 online rush a 25 min drive to get told at register ONE is actually in the store.Then people work there or no help and never found the item. Luckily Lowes online system was accurate and got what I needed same day.

Finally stopped in for the first time today, came to grab some food safe 5 gallon buckets for a vegetable planter I'm building and the lil wife & I love the place. The best way to describe it is it's like they took the best parts of a home improvement store, a pet store, clothing store & some accessories for your truck then crammed it all into a clean,organized building with a helpful staff. Thank you Tractor Supply we'll definitely be back.

So have have been in there a few times over the years. A nice young man named Cam helped me with getting a lawn mower and checked it twice to make sure I got the right bone. Also helped me put cut in my car. Nice store wish it was bigger but, hay they had what I needed.

Well stocked store with very friendly staff. They have a wide range of pet items too, I was surprised to see (I'd gone there to get pine pellets to use as cat litter... much cheaper than elsewhere because it's labeled primarily for horsed). Thanks for the help getting the bag into my car!

When TSC first opened and I saw a dog wash station I was so excited. I had my dogs there within the week. It was great! A handful of towels, full pump bottles with a variety of shampoos, brushes and a high powered blow dryer. There are tables the rise and lower. I loved it. Today I went back and I am incredibly disappointed. The dirty towels stacked waist high in the corner bin, 2 combs and a cat brush, 5 bottles of shampoo with only 1 having anything in it. There was hot water but it sure would be nice is the blow dryer blew at least warm air. I have been telling everyone about this because I place to wash my dogs. Now I'm not sure I'm even going to come back.

The lady who answered the phone couldn’t have known less or been more disinterested in helping if she tried. I asked if they have argon/co2 tanks, because it says online they do. She says nope never heard of them, I ask to make sure I’m talking to the canton store, because online it says in stock. “Nope we don’t have them”. I walk through the door and find the tanks in about 15 seconds. She could have walked over to the welding supplies or even typed it in on the computer, but she did neither. Thanks for nothing

I've been here twice for propane refills, including a 4.25 lb cylinder. Employees are always friendly, prompt to come out to the refilling station, and helpful inside the store. Also, they offer a very good per gallon price for propane.

This is a great TS! Joshua the manager really went out of his way to help us out. It's a new location that is now the closest to me. It will be my new TS that I'm pleased to go back to. This good review should negate my 1 star review of the TS in Saline. Will never revisit the Saline location ever.
