I was here for the first time about a week ago. I've heard great things, but this was the first opportunity I've had to come in. I was SO impressed with the selection of dog food, treats and supplements! I have a sick dog so natural and holistic options are extremely important to me. I was thrilled to see Answers Raw Goat Milk and that you actually carry Dr. Harvey's! Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

I have been to all but one of the Premier Pet Supply stores and have never been disappointed. You can tell that care is part of the company moto in all their stores! The knowledge and and advice I get from the staff, the variety of selections, dog wash stations, live pets, all types of animal supplies, so many different collars and leashes, the stores are clean, well staffed and well stocked....I love shopping at Premier Pet Supply! Thanks!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Don't support the disgusting conditions they have their animals living in. Plus the aquariums are full of algae and sick fish. Their betas are in disgusting, moldy containers on the shelves. Absolutely horrid they treat animals this way. Won't pay to shop here EVER again.

These people are the best of the best!! The store associates are kind informativeLatest experience as a rescue 5 puppies were near drown to death with mom shepherdI spoke with Lauren and Daisha of needs and concerns both worked and educated on products that we may need especially for a scared shepherd mom they made suggestions within safe pup and financial limits we could afford and donation that will save lives of many.A dollar more on some items to shoppers is dollar more to people that care. That’s priceless!! Thank you premier pet canton and owner of premier, pet supplies. You are doing something right!!! Thank you

I love this pet supply they are a great chain with high end products. I surely love their yearly sale and got 2 beautiful hardwood cat trees that are absolutely wonderful for my 2 Maine coons. They do a deal for food too buy so many get one free

I will always shop here over the big chains! I adopted my cat from one of their stores, too. Best selection of dog & cat food, toys, treats; you name it. Wish there was a bit more catered to gun dogs, but maybe down the road more will be added. That's one of the few things I have to shop for elsewhere.Friendly staff, CLEAN stores, great selections and promotions!

They have all of you pet needs under one roof. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Used their self dog wash station and they had everything u would need for the pet bath. The shampoos and conditioners have a very nice smell. They do wash the area down between users. It is rather inexpensive at $15.99. Only thing is it would have been great if it was located in the back of the store. Our husky wanted to get out to see everyone in the store.

Always a pleasant experience when I go in as the staff is super nice. Prices are fair and they're even better if you sign up for their rewards program. And what's good about the reward program is that you get a percentage off the total purchase as opposed to having to work up to a reward. Overall an excellent place to buy pet supplies.

Real Heroes work in this store. Just 10 minutes ago, before going into a nearby restaurant for lunch I saw a frightened baby raccoon laying alone on the hot asphalt. I ran down to Premier Pet Supply for help and two of their employees ran out with me just in time to save this baby raccoon from heat exhaustion or even being struck and killed by a car in the very busy parking lot.They took the raccoon back to the store and into a safe crate and are going to contact an animal rescue locally.I didn't get their names, we had to work so fast. But, someone from Corporate Management needs to recognize and reward these kind and brave employees.Thank you for saving this little one from certain death.

Meyer the cat is an awesome boi to pet and see. Love the great selection for cats offered at this store. The staff are all highly knowledgeable and personable. Love coming in here. Can't wait to spport them in the future.

We went to get our two dogs nails cut. The young lady who did the cutting was very friendly and helpful. But we also had to notify them to put their store cats up because our one boy isn't cat friendly. So all the employees gave great customer service!!

Wow, what a fabulous store! I stopped in on a whim with my puppy while driving by, and what a fun find! Tons of products, nice wide aisles, and super friendly staff. My little girl loves people and ran up to three while we were shopping. One happened to be a store owner/partner and what a great guy; he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. Thank you, we’ll be back for sure!

Fantastic store! They keep it very clean and organized. Multiple isles of goods with lots of stock and multiple options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helped me multiple times; answering questions and finding items. My Belgian Malinois was with me and enjoyed all the sniffs (she sneaked in a couple licks too).

I give this store 5 stars and more. I recently adopted a rescue cat from there named Homer. I'm so happy that I chose to go to Premier Pet Supply for my adoption. I am in love with my new furry family member. The pets at Premier are all vaccinated, nuetuerd or spade, healthy, well cared for and microchip. I also enjoy the many discounts and many variety of high quality pet food and supplies. So many options at wonderful price. The clerk that assisted me with my adoption process was very professional, friendly, honest and just a great person to assist me with my adoption of Homer. I appreciate this is a local Michigan small business with many many great products.

I exclusively shop at Premier Pet for all of my pet needs and have for a long time... I used to drive out of my way when they only had one location because their service and product selection is always so great. Their addition to Canton has proven to be just as awesome as their original location. Don’t be afraid to ask questions (though they will likely approach you first), they are there to offer educated help (especially in food options for your pet).

Amazing place with awesome employees. The owner, Steve, took so much time out off his busy schedule during the first week of being open to help educate us (new dog parents) on the differences between all the dog food brands. Not trying to get us to buy anything in particular, we just kept asking questions! That is what I call good service and example "A" of how to get a customer for life!

Beautiful store with a huge variety of pet products. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, plus you can tell they have a love for pets. The store is clean and well organized with some really cool things you don't normally find. In addition, they have a self-pet wash that provides everything needed to bathe your furry friend and is very reasonably priced.

Huge store with a cat!!! Hilarious. Dog wash stations. And a sale from July 20-28... Everything in the store is 20 percent off! I'll be back for some cool new cat toys. Bought one today. It's so neat. It's a bounce ball with feathers. The store cat loved it. Handmade cat trees there also...made locally... many different unique trees. Check this place out.

Our dog got sick and have been having digestive issues the last couple days, we spoke to Brandon and he was very helpful! He was knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick the right things to get our pup feeling good as new. I would highly recommend Premier Pet Supply.
