Had an excellent experience with the grooming staff and staff in storeStore is always clean and well kept staff always are around maintaining the pets and keeping them healthy!Grooming staff is awesome super helpful my dog looks incredible he was cleaned throughly nails trimmed looked quite the little gentleman! have already booked my next appointment with Chantelle and will continue to book monthly for the foreseeable future! All the betas are half dead and living in filth. Horrendous. Even other stores in this chain don’t let their cups get so disgusting. I bought one that seemed okay, but he was dead 3 days later. He didn’t eat anything I gave him. After he died, I got a beta from a DIFFERENT store because I was so disgusted by the conditions at the first. I fed him the same food and all as the last one and he is completely fine- active and has a healthy appetite.

First time dropping a review just because of how fantastic my experience has been with the staff here.. i went in to get my daughter a hamster and honestly had no clue where to start. The manager Skylar helped me gather all the things for the little guy and glad she could help. daughter is loving her hamster from this place and i’m sure to come back if i need anything more

Had bought a fish tank that came with supplies and realized too late that the filter was missing the debris filter/strainer, and sadly 2 little fish got sucked up. I went in and explained the situation and they hooked me up with a new filter since they didn't have just the strainer.It wouldn't have been the end of the world if I had to purchase it, but them going above and beyond in customer care really helped my day and was much appreciated.

Can't give them a good review when they are still selling abusive small animal enclosures. Please do your research before buying a small pet, especially a hamster. The store (the entire chain in general) doesn't even sell suitable enclosures. It's so depressing watching hams going off to be abused because the store can't provide basic care instructions.And God forbid an employee stops somebody from buying such an enclosure.

Awesome!! Adopted my little kitty Cynthia. Got food for her. All top notch.Shout out to Fairy Tails adoptions. They are set up inside some Petsmarts. Great people.

Robin almost denied me the sale of a pet mouse because she assumed I wanted it for a feeder. My girlfriend called ahead before I got there, and while I was at PetSmart to confirm that there were female mice available and that I was going to pick it up for her. PetSmart shouldn't allow their employees to discriminate against their customers, especially based off of assumptions they make.

I just took my dog Chase here for the first time to get his nails trimmed. He has a thing about his feet so it’s the one thing I struggle with at home. Lynn was fabulous!! She took great care of my pup! I inquired about having toe grips put on his nails because he slides around on the hardwood floors (I brought in the ones I purchased from Dr. Buzby’s) and she was totally willing to try. They turned out great and it helps alleviate my dogs arthritis when his legs are more stable. THANK YOU THANK YOU LYNN AND TEAM!! We will be coming here again for sure!!

They have good service and are usually very helpful however I came in 01/31/2024 and bought to guppy fish which seemed in good health but when I got home I noticed they had ick when I called to talk to someone it rang for an hour and the lady said that's your problem and hung up on me. Just wanted to see if I could get some ick treatment for myself and let them know for other customers.

Everytime I've taken my cat, Fredo, to the PetSmart in Canton, I have a delightful experience. The customer service is exceptional. The ladies are always cheerful and welcoming. Fredo always comes out a happy camper. We will always use this location when it comes to the care of our cat!!

Great location. Bought a baby bearded dragon here and the pet expert made sure we had the perfect setup already before she felt comfortable with us adopting. She is the one on the bottom of the pile in the photo. She is healthy and growing like a weed and we've had her a few months now. The store was clean and the rest of the staff seemed to care about the animals and customers. I can't wait to bring my baby in when she gets bigger so she can pick out some new cage decor.

Went specifically to look at female Betta fish. Was looking to add to my "sorority". They had a decent selection of both male and female. I was able to find two separate color combinations I did not have, so picked them up!There was a kitten adoption event going on at the time I was there! Many families were browsing and picking out toys for their new fur babies.Between that and the pups shopping on leashes, it was a nice place to shop to put a smile on my face.

Bought 4 black moor fish from here. Not even a week or two in, signs of ich and slime disease were present. One fish also showed signs of swim bladder disease. All can be attributed to parasites. All 4 died. My one pre-existing fish, also a black moor, survived. Would not recommend buying fish from here.

Great pet store retail outlet. There is a friendly, knowledgeable staff there to serve you. They carry Nom Nom a great fresh dog food in stock. I ordered it for an instore pick up and I received an email and text back in a few minutes that said, "ready for pick up". I bought a large quantity, and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend PetSmart and the product they carry called Nom Nom. They have a huge selection of pet foods, treats and any other requirements you may need for your pets.
