-5 Grommers said my puppy, that's 5lbs, is trying to bite them. I have been taking him to grommers for over a year and never had an issue, and this place is upsetting, or the grommer needs to be well trained with dogs and how to handle them. I'm not happy with this place. I recommend taking your pets somewhere else. They called me to come get my puppy. They did the same thing to my other family dog as well. I'm never going here again.

The Canton store has been most impressive over other Petco stores. I arrived way too early for my grooming appointment before the store even opened. The young lady who was there, unlocked the door and allowed Mara and I to sit and wait in the store a half hour before Brianna showed up for our grooming appointment. We had a wonderful conversation while we waited, and when Brianna showed up to groom Mara, she was finished under an hour and a half. Excellent, friendly service!

Nails were trimmed but very high priced since last time. Double the price!I have since learned I was over charged. Nail trim is $ 12.00, not over $20.00 - scammed!!

Kya always listens to any special requests we have for the way our dog is cut and does a great job. She has developed a good relationship with our dog who isn't the easiest one to work with.

Everyone is so nice, professional, patient and understanding. Its clean and everyone always has a smile. I love having my dog groomed here! We come every 4 to 6 weeks.

Rebecca had great communication, did everything I asked as far as the hair cut, and gave me some good tips and grooming tool recommendations that I can do/use at home in between appointments.

So many reasons. This store is unprofessional, unfriendly, and not worth the price of grooming services. In fact, I would like to stop my vital care program. Not worth it at all.

Canton Petco on Ford Rd Is ok. I only go and take my dog to get groomed there because Lauren grooms him and moved from the other Petco in Westland or else i would still be going to the Westland one..... the other groomers are very unwelcoming when u come in
