Gaines Target always has the best customer service! The store is always clean and 95% of the time has everything I need, other stores in my area may have 70-80% of the items on my list. As I mentioned before, their customer service is absolutely outstanding! The dollar spot never disappoints 😉

Great experience the prices aren't competitive at all unless they're competing to see who has the highest prices.Still has a family feel apposed to a warehouse..staff still greeting shoppers and wanting to help (did see one dirty face or notice a dirty look) everyone was working.Even the shoppers was polite and courteous

This target is clean and always in stock. The staff is helpful and I can always find what I need and more. They have a Starbucks and small snack area. The parking lot is huge.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Target for my granddaughter’s essentials she wanted for her dorm, this will be her first year of college. The price’s were very reasonable, and the selection was great. We had shopped at many store’s searching for the same items. We found no comparison of selections and prices.Also, we needed to order one item online to pick up at another Target. This was a quick and easy process.

The (Marketplace) location is great! It's my favorite store to shop. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. This store is always clean and organized. I love that they have self checkout lanes. Most importantly they consistanly have the staple items I need.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, about a month & a 1/2 ago I purchased a laptop & was told by the employee in electronics that if I was not satisfied with the laptop to bring it back.. I was not satisfied & when I chose to return it the “manager” told me that they couldn’t accept it because the box was open which was not stated on the receipt or the apps return policy. I was frustrated because I was told something completely different. After leaving, talking to a customer service rep & a manager from this location one more time they still turned me away & almost left me out of nearly $400 LUCKILY the manager at the Wyoming location had enough common decency to easily accept the return with a very personable attitude. It’s the holidays you can be a little nicer & not so stuck up. Next time tell your employees to inform guests on the correct return policies.

Target has the most fashionable clothes and home goods of all of the larger chain stores! Prices are great. Easy returns.......but that's rare with how great their products and items are!

I love shopping at this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Its clean and well stocked. I was even helped by the Store Manager, Drew, in regards to an online order. He made sure I got the best deal for my money and that I got a discount with the Cartwheel App. The Marketplace store makes running errands enjoyable. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Will never return to this target. Went to return something and the employee returned it to a red card I no longer had,instead of putting it on a merchandise gift card like we specifically requested..the manager came over and blamed it on their updated system and then told us to call their customer service because they couldn’t do anything about the mistake they made..wow!!..so now we don’t have the merchandise..we don’t have a gift card.and we have no access to our red card..(and still kept trying to push the red card on us)..seriously?!..we will definitely call their customer relations number to tell them how inept their employees are and how people who spend thousands of dollars a year here are treated in store..we are treated like we did something wrong for their mistake..we used to enjoy coming here..we will never step foot in this location again

Now I like Target. It's a bit more in price than Meijer or Walmart but I honestly only prefer Target because well, it's just never as busy. I've been shopping here for a long time and noticed that Target (especially this location) doesn't seem to stock many beauty products in darker tones. Almost every time I'm looking for a product in say tan or deep bronze, it's always not sold at this location or not sold at target at all. Now if a company makes a product in 6 shades, why does Target only have fair, light, and light medium???? Hopefully this changes with the addition of Ulta.

I just visited this store last night. I had an employee named Karen who went above and beyond to help me with some swimsuits i purchased. She was so kind, sweet and patient. I appreciated her help so much that i contacted corporate and gave them positive feedback about her.

I never know what I will find, yet you have the things I need. Staff is helpful and as only 5 feet tall need help to reach things on the top shelves. So clean and well laid out. Staff is polite and able to smile in a genuine way.

Good selection, prices PLUS Great Friendly Associates. They Look and Speak professionally and always willing to help find items. Kathy in Christmas decor went to storeroom for more garland. I cut my finger opening a box and a 2nd lady gave me 2 band aids. WOW!

The store employee was quick to get to me, helped load things in my vehicle, and was extremely patient while I scrambled to find my barcode. Not to mention it was freezing outside! I'm always impressed by the staff here. Whether my kids are throwing tantrums, running and trying to hide to play a game, or being shy, they always greet us with a smile and compassion. The staff is eager to help find products, check on backordered products, even help set up cartwheel. My favorite location by far.

This store has everything I need for my family as far as clothing and toys. I have never had a complaint about the quality of product. There is always a worker around if you have questions, and if they don't have an answer, they will be more than willing to find it for you.

Took the family to get flu shots Saturday night and the pharmacist (i think Scott) was awesome! He had all of our paperwork done and got us right in. Very nice guy and great job with the kids!!!!

Target is rarely out of what I'm looking for. I love the large selection of items to choose from. I like that there is produce if I'm in a pinch I can grab it. Everyone is kind. The store is clean. There is reasonable pricing.

The Gaines Target opened Thanksgiving evening with sales - I was very impressed (for the second year) with how the store and staff managed the event. Customers were queued into an orderly line, there were several employees available to answer questions, hand out maps, and keep the line in order. They handled a line of several hundred people without any issues or problems and the store was very organized. Good job!

I would give this 5 stars, Because, I had no problems on my shopping experience. Also because my brother wanted a very expensive robot named cosmo, so I came here to look for it. I found it and I was happy because target made it a affordable price.
