I called this place just to confirm my appointment for our dog. Took me forever to get someone to finally answer the phone. Woman I spoke to was extremely rude and complained about having to look it up. I’ll never do business with a company that acts this unprofessionally. If they’re going to be this rude to their customers on the phone, there’s no way I’d trust them with my dog. Definitely would not recommend this place. Got an appointment with another company that was very kind on the phone and willing to get my dog in as early as next week.

I've taken my dog Moss here I think three times. They do a fabulous job! Moss likes going there. The price is very reasonable for such a good quality hair cut. Everyone is very nice.

Sherry's pet grooming is the best. I called and needed my dogs nails trimmed so bad and they got me in for a same day appt. That doesn't happen at a lot of other places. The ladies that work there are exceptional and really do love our pets while they are with them. Highly recommend.

I took my dog to Sherry's several times, so this is an ongoing thing that happened. I took him there because they were super close. My dog is shy but very friendly, never seen him bite anything or be aggressive to anything. But after a couple of times at Sherry's, they were charging me extra because he was aggressive. Every time, I called, they would tell how horrible he was, every time! Went to a different place, they told me what a sweetheart he was. This is what I think the difference is....the new place took their time with him. If he was stressed, they would give him a minute. Sherry's does it as fast as possible. The new place took 3 hours, Sherry called me to come get him in 1 hour and 20 min. Then told me how horrible he was, no body likes to hear that ALL the time, especially when you know its not eternally true. They did an okay job, but don't think that its worth their consent degrading of my animal. sorry not coming back.

Daisy just loves being groomed by Anna. Anna does a beautiful job with Daisy’s haircut and always tweaks any changes we may request. Daisy comes home feeling refreshed and never stressed from her grooming. That is a huge win-win for us!!!

This is the worst cut my dog has ever received plus a couple of her nails were cut to deep and bleeding and I wasn't informed. They lost my business after the first time taking her there ,I would not recommend them to my worst enemy
