Great store. Clean and well-stocked. The staff could not be nicer. We used the dog wash. It was a snowy day and I didn't feel like wrestling a 100# Bloodhound into a tub. Really clean, lots of shampoo choices. Easy wash station. Dog was secure. Sprayer was good and so was the blow dryer. Lots of towels. Bring your own brush. I would suggest boots.

We take our dog here to be groomed. The staff is really friendly and patient. Our dog can be difficult to work with due to being a rescue, so we are happy to have found a place that will work with him.

Last night My girlfriend and I went into the store with two of our friends. It was our first time being in a Pet Supplies Plus, we were all pretty excited to see what the store had to offer. My girlfriend was looking at the dog treats bakery and was showing how excited she was when the cashier gave her a rude look. My girlfriend then said to her "I'm sorry its my first time in here if you couldn't tell" with a smile on her face and a friendly tone. Trying to light the cashiers tone. The cashier then responded with "oh I can tell.. lots to see" in a rude, snotty tone and with a dirty look on her face. After that we just kept looking around and trying to move past it. We get people have bad days but it was obvious we were not from around there and we weren't dressed for going out since we had just got out of work. Then when we were looking at the cats toys the manager (I'm assuming he was the manager) had asked us if we needed help looking for something. My girlfriend smiled and told him we didn't need help and we were just looking around. We were the only customers in the store. There were two customers leaving shortly after we came in. Nobody else was in there. The manager then came up to us in the back of the store, only addressing my girlfriend and her friend, telling us a customer told him we were vaping in the store. Remind you there were no other customers in the store besides us. One of our friends had her vape on a lanyard around her neck but never once hit it. Sometimes she puts it in her hand moving it here and there like a fidget but she would of never hit it in the store. Respecting the store policies and the fact there was animals in there. we are all huge animal lovers to begin with. So because she had her vape on the lanyard around her neck we were then targeted and accused of vaping. After that incident had happened we were then having multiple employees hovering around and continuously walking past us asking us multiple times if we were looking for something. It was as if we were criminals. It felt like harassment. At this point our excitement was gone and we were ready to leave. We still had not finished looking around at everything there was to see. Once we went to check out with the couple items we had. the cashier asked us for our number for an account and I told her I didn't want to give it to her unless I needed it to check out because I didn't want to make an account there. We paid, she carried the same rude and snotty attitude the entire time we checked out and anytime we had spoken to her. Once our friend went up to pay for the item she had saw was on sale, the cashier snapped at her stating the toy was not on sale unless you had an account or were a member. We were not aware of it as it was our first time in the store period but she did not have to be rude about any of it. We will definitely not be returning to this store. This had completely ruined our night and first time experience. I would not trust them enough for me to bring my pet there. They couldn't even treat us with respect the short amount of time we were there.

Much nicer store and location than the one they had on Kalamazoo.Great selection and sometimes prices for canned cat foods and health supplies. If you have your store card you can definitely get some deals.Employees have been nice every visit. They even offer to assist you with bringing your bags to your car for you if you need it. Which is good to know if my mom were to come here alone and needed help.

It was very warm in there. I didn't make a purchase due to no help. I ordered from a competitor instead.

Most of the employees who have helped me have been super friendly and are great at answering your questions. They also do price matching, as long as its for a brick-and-mortar store. I get lots of crickets and super worms there (you have to ask for them because they keep them in a side room).

Brought my yorkie into use dog wash stationIt was amazing how clean and well stocked they kept their wash station. I've been to some that I refused to use their wash station because it was unkept dirty dog hair all over. Anyway enough about them.I will definitely be back to use Pet Supplies Plus' dog wash station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had just adopted a kitten 20 minutes before walking into the store. I needed everything and wasn't sure what all that was. Maddy gave me the best experience I've had in almost any other store. She was super helpful and friendly. Suggested products that she buys for her cat and was awesome overall. 10/10

After today’s visit we will not return as long as Linda works there and can scare children and threaten people. She was highly irritate when told I would be calling her boss to file a complaint. Tried to snatch my phone from my hand and products that I was going to by. All because my autistic child wanted to hold a cat. We were told NO not allowed even though signs said welcome just ask. She proceeded to rip the sign down over my child’s head which scared her. A lead shift person like this shouldn’t be allowed to be on a floor helping customers.

This was my first visit to this location and I have not been in a Pet Supplies Plus in years. My Mom and I were both looking for a low fat dog food due to both of our dogs having diabetes and pancreas issues. She bought a Redford Naturals Dog Food and was telling me how Low in Fat it was. I looked at the label and discovered it was 15% fat and she swore it was 8%. Online I found two Redford Naturals in Salmon that were 15% and one that was 8% I didn't realize exactly the differences since the photos looked the same (or so I thought due to the small photos) So my Mom was thinking she would have to switch Dog Foods because it was high in fat. That perhaps something about the Dog Food was changed from her first bag to her second. Her dog is also allergic to Chicken, so that cuts out a lot of options. I wanted to keep our dog food the same due to the frequent visits I make to her home with my dog.On entering I was immediately greeted by a Gentleman named Tyler. I explained what I saw on the Website and the dilemma. He wasted no time in bringing me over to the Redford Naturals and looking at multiples labels. It was then I saw my Mom had purchased "Small Breed" instead of "Healthy Weight" on her second trip. The bags look almost identical except for the small "Healthy Weight" and "Small Breed" labels. I was happy to find the Healthy Weight one and for the fact we could continue to use the same dog food. I really, really appreciated the time Tyler took to help me. Not a lot of places have customer service like this and people who care about their customers.I also discovered in looking through multiple labels, that the Redford Naturals was the Lowest Fat Dog food the store carried of the brands I checked (and I checked many).This is a brand that is only sold at Pet Supplies Plus.Because of the time Tyler spent to help me and the fact that Pet Supplies Plus has this wonderful Dog Food, Pet Supplies Plus will now have another customer for life.I will also note that the Lady that was upfront was also very polite and a pleasure to work with.So, thank you again to the staff for making my experience wonderful. I truly hope they see this review and the impact their work efforts made.

Every time I go to the store I come out smiling. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for at very reasonable prices. I love the rewards program they have! If you have a pet this is the place to go! Get the rewards program and start earning points towards free things!

I’d like to thank a sweet young lady that works here. I wish I knew her name… but I had a crazy morning trying to get an appt in for my sick dog that had been vomiting and had a bad case of diarrhea all day so I came in to buy probiotics. I was extremely frazzled and came in with a plan to purchase the product and leave… but that was far from the case esp with an 8 month old. Anyway, the sweet young lady that helped me was extremely gracious to me and my dog that took a #2 in the store… she checked me out and even offered to help me bring my items out to my car. I hope she knows what an impact she made in my day. I’m convinced pet supplies has some of the the kindest staff!

I spend more here for pet toys and cat litter then when I go to Menards
