Had a question this am on a product OTC item and the pharmacist actually took me out on the floor to find it. Recomendations also for what I was looking for. How often does this happen! Excellent customer service and I wish I would have caught his name. Whoever you are thank you for going above and beyond now days.....Meijer is a better place because of you.

This is the worst Meijer pharmacy. I was coming every month since September. The staff is ridiculously rude (every lady I've talked to in that building) and the lines to wait take more then 30min. When you get to the window they are slow like sloths. Also if you call in they will put you on hold for more then 20min then be rude and treat you poorly. I have moved to a different Meijer pharmacy that is tons better.

I am begging my parents to stop using this pharmacy! I stopped using them a while back. They absolutely do not answer their phone. After it rings long enough, it eventually just hangs up on the caller. The only way to get help is to drive to the pharmacy and speak to someone. Highly recommend not using this pharmacy.

Unless you drive there you can never get a hold of them when you call. They will cancel prescriptions without warning and you have no way to find out why unless you drive there or call a different Meijer pharmacy.

Everything you need and quality pharmaceutical staff, Toss in the fact some or most of your prescription purchases goes towards your M-Perks and can be used to help deduct from your groceries and other general items , it's easy decision for me to use Meijer Pharmacy, Ample operating hours, vaccines of every kind available, and sound quality advice on medications and mixing them etc, definitely makes it a sound choice

do yall phones not work???can yall not pick up the phone when someone calls?? are u not gonna do ur job that you are getting paid for??? not only have i been hung up on multiple times but two other people i know have as well. ik yall are in there so what’s the excuse here. do better please jesus christ

The Meijer pharmacy has been amazingly helpful through multiple insurance and refill related issues. They are thorough and attentive, especially the pharmacists. The trade off may be long wait times, but that is something I am willing to plan around given the phenomenal customer service I have received over the years.

They never answer the phone. Does the phone not work? Some of the staff are nice and others are rude. There is always some issue.

My prescription was sent here by accident and due to the nature of the meds, I couldn't get it transferred. This place is by far the slowest place I've been too. I spent close to an hour in line to get my prescription because of the 12 people working there, 2 work the 4 registers. Got to the front of the line, "yay!!!", just to be told its a partial fill and I'll need to come back for the rest. If only places this slow would payout for time they waste. I don't recommend getting your meds here unless you don't have a life and absolutely love waiting in lines and watching the so called workers stand around.

I can't believe it just took me 45 minutes to get through the drive thru line to get my prescription! That was after earlier today they said my prescription wasn't ready even though my doctor sent it 5 days ago! This pharmacy is slow and the lady didn't care. I'm switching to somewhere else after using this pharmacy for 14 years because I can see from the reviews this is a common occurance now and not just a one off. Sad.

I'd give this place 0 stars if possible. I've been using Meijer pharmacy for years, and the issues that have come up were unnecessary, avoidable, and aggravating. I've had quite a few of my RXs that were shorted whether a pill was cut in half and count as whole or techs simply not paying attention and giving empty foil packets for migraine abortives. The worst and most frustrating of all, however, is this pharmacy flat out refusing to fill an RX claiming my insurance was the issue and my doctor. They wouldn't even allow me to pay cash for it. I had been trying for two weeks to get this diabetic medicine filled and I was well past due for my dose. I called up a Walgreens for a transfer and within 2 hours my Mounjaro was ready for pick up. Never again, Meijer.

Some of the employees/pharmacy techs are great and helpful. Then a few others are super rude. There is one in particular who cuts you off mid sentence, and literally starts helping the next person when I wasn’t finished with business.My biggest issue is they have filled the wrong medication for me multiple times!It caused me to be out of a SSRI for over a week, had to pay out of pocket for the replacement, etc.they told me there was no way it happened while I had the bottle in hand.

The worker with the beard is extremely unprofessional and has a serious lack of customer service. He called me up to fill my prescription and then disappeared for 10 minutes. When he came back he said "I'm gonna be honest with you guys I went and took a break and ate. I figured you guys would be fine waiting" are you kidding me? I called the supervisor an hour later and he completely blew me off and made a million different excused. I will be having my perscriptions sent to a different pharmacy from now on where they actually understand customer service..

Several times now I have called hours ahead and requested refills of my medications. After several phone call attempts and making the request I am told 45 minutes to an hour. Only to show up 3 to 5 hours later if not long and be told it's not ready. I ask ok well when will it be ready. We don't know we will text you is the answer. Umm well that doesn't always work, I just made a special trip I'm not going to leave to get a text 5 minutes from now to turn around and make a 2nd go around with the same incompetent person. The customer service is severely lacking. I'm giving them 1 more shot to make it right if they can't ill find a different pharmacy. Right now the unprofessionalism is out of this world.

I've normally been pretty pleased with this pharmacy; sure, the lines are long, but they generally move pretty quickly. But today, I was told by a tech that one of my prescriptions was just being filled and that if I waited for 10 minutes, I could get both my prescriptions. 45 minutes later, and they hadn't called my name, so I went back up to the counter to be told that my second prescription wasn't even coming into the store until tomorrow. 45 minutes I sat there and no one said anything knowing full well the prescription wasn't in the store. What kind of customer service is that?

So very disappointed at the inefficiencies with this pharmacy, always behind, always late, always asking for redundant paperwork that was filled out already online prior to the appointment. The exact comment from the clerk was "I know you already filled this out online, but I need you to fill out the same questionnaire again on paper". Constantly disappointed with the team members ineptitude. Great opportunity for improvement. Please try better to make an effort!

Customer service is severely lacking at this store. Dropped off a paper prescription and decided to wait the hour. After the hour, I drove back up to pick up my prescription and the guy said that they couldn’t fill it because the date of when the prescription was written wasn’t on it, although it said do not fill prescription until 1/16/20. Regardless, when the guy realize that...he did not call me, instead made me wait the entire hour to find out when I return that I couldn’t even get it filled. A phone call could’ve went a long way to serve your customers properly. You should do better next time.

I never used to have issues at this pharmacy, but within the last few months, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go in to pick up a prescription, they have issues. No one seems to have any clue what's going on. I think they must have hired a bunch of new people and not trained them. They never have my insurance on file, even though it hasn't changed in years. I also get texts saying my prescription is ready, and when I go to pick it up, they tell me it isn't ready and make me wait 45 minutes. I'm transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens today. This is ridiculous. Too bad, because I love Meijer as a grocery store, but their pharmacy is just terrible.

My wife just called to check on the status of a prescription that was set to be filled on 1/18. It is 2/4 and she has been more than patient. My wife was incredibly kind to the lady on the phone yet that gal was wildly rude and cut my wife off mid sentence over and over. All my wife was saying is that she can wait till the end of the day as we realize there are more priority scripts to fill right away. Meanwhile, the lady cut her off before she could finish and said “it’ll be ready in 45 min have a good day byeeeee.” Needless to say, we get a LOT of prescriptions filled by our family of 5 and we will be transferring them all to another pharmacy.

Staff was rude and showed no compassion whatsoever! Never have I been told that a prescription would take an hour and a half for post surgical pain medicine. Fact is they just don’t care. Went up the road to RiteAid and it took 15 minutes!

Something always happens when I go here and I go here way too much. This last time I went there they miraculously got my prescription from the doctor as I was at the counter. Convenient I know. I sat at the store for an hour which was 15 min past when they said it would be ready. The next person to help me couldn't find my prescription and after finally figuring out no one had touched it she replied, "oh look at that your doctor just sent it over". Nice try, the lady an hour ago used that same excuse. Than she wanted me to wait again. It is always your doctors fault or your insurances fault something isn't ready. Own your own poor service. Stop blaming other people.

Switched to rite aid. Meijers never has my meds that i need and they have to back order them and they rarely answer their phones and they also have the biggest back up of any drive thru ive ever seen! I take way to many meds to have to go through this problem everytime. Rite aid is never busy and ALWAYS has my meds with no wait

I signed up for auto refill. However I still need to call each month to refill. Each time I am told I am signed up for auto refill even though I still call each month as my prescription runs out. Good thing my doctor has an agreement for free cholesterol medicine. If this was not free, I would gladly change to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is incredibly hard to get a hold of. I called for 4 hours today before someone answered. If you are looking for a friendly and reliable pharmacy this is NOT IT. They don’t have your prescription ready ever and if there is a problem with the prescription they don’t call you to let you know.

HORRIBLE customer service. Have to wait in line just to be told prescription isn’t ready and won’t be until later time/day. Very inconvenient. Doesn’t help that they don’t answer their phones either, waste of gas and time. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. So disappointing.

I've had no issue with this pharmacy. The staff are helpful if I have need of their assistance. Otherwise, I'm in and out every time. Once, I went directly after my doc appt, and only had to wait 20 minutes to get my pills. At which point I just grabbed a few groceries.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I have to admit it’s partly my fault for continuing to give them chances, just because the location is convenient. These people mess up EVERY time I get something filled, giving me a wrong prescription the last time I was there, good thing I noticed. Never on time, always a huge line, and the people do not move an extra inch to help you when there are issues with the prescriber, insurance, and they do not call to tell me when things will be later than promised. I’ve wasted so much time here, please save yourself and go somewhere else!!!

Came by to get post-op pain meds for my son. Was told to come back in an hour. Now it is going on two hours. He’s home alone, in pain…slowest pharmacy ever! 1 star. But two added stars for the counter clerks who really tried to help.

Just wanted to share some good today. I stopped in the drive thru today. Normally I would go in, but what they didn't know was that I had surgery yesterday and could barely get out of bed today. My insurance had changed, so it took a little longer than normal to process my prescription. The lady behind me was so very rude. Honking her horn and at one point got out of her car walked up to the window and banged on it until they helped her. The pharmacy techs were so nice. This lady started screaming, demanding that I move my car, I was literally so very embarrassed At first I was just quiet as this woman, who I have never met just let loose about her time versus mine. The tech apologized about my wait at least three times... She didn't need to. My insurance changed and I just could not physically walk in . They took care of the woman standing outside of the drive thru window and I finished before her. I was just going to drive away, but how dare this woman belittle me in front of everyone So I let her know that she was the meanest lady I have ever encountered. As, I was driving away all of the people behind her car started honking because she wasn't in it and she too was holding up the line .What, in the world could make a person's demeanor so horrible. She was born in the fifties, my mothers age and I could hardly believe the lack of respect she gave to everyone in that line today! But, with all that being said ... Those two ladies working the drive thru were absolutely wonderful! Top notch and handled themselves very well considering the embarrassing circumstances! Thank you both for making me feel important as well as the entitled woman standing at your window.

I am a proud supporter of local companies, but this pharmacy has become almost unbearable. I have repeatedly had prescriptions that they said would be ready at a certain time or even on a certain day and it simply does not happen. Here is the most recent example, I picked up prescriptions on Saturday and they did not have enough to fill my script (happens often which requires a 2nd visit) so they said it would be ready on Monday. I went in today and was told that it won't be in until tomorrow. Wasted time is not something that makes me happy. It is getting ridiculous.
