This store looks small but they have just about anything you need. If you're looking for something, there is someone to help you find it. Their service far outshines big box stores and Amazon. I love the cat too. It's a bonus.

I worked here for about 6 months after retirement. I can hands down tell you that the Martin family are good people. It was on my bucket list to work at a hardware store and I am so grateful they gave me the opportunity. I have moved away from Caledonia,but Everytime I drive by I say hey I worked there.

It’s a nice, little Ace Hardware. Typical super high prices, but the service was friendly and the staff was knowledgeable.The main thing with this Ace Hardware In Caledonia is that it’s very convenient! Just off M-37, you don’t have to go all the way into Grand Rapids to get what you’re looking for.

Clean store with friendly staff. The employees here will really go above and beyond and were able to help me find solutions for my project. The store is a bit smaller than other locations nearby like the Hastings store but overall they have a pretty good selection.

This is my preferred hardware store, I'd rather pay a few extra dollars here, than go to a big box store. I've always been greeted as soon as I walk in, I always get amazing assistance if I need it. Yesterday I came in there looking for an adapter for a water line, I was out of ideas what to do, the young man who helped me figure it out in less than a minute! Awesome customer service! That's what a successful business is all about!

A great neighborhood hardware store with the shop cat, Stanley, who oversees the cashiers and is always available for a scratch if he's in the mood. The staff is very helpful and very nice. Quite a nice size store too.

In the past couple weeks, I've spent more than $120.00. My rewards card saved me nothing both times. Unfriendly. Didn't get a hi or thank you. No customer service whatsoever. Will stick with Home Depot.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. I love that I can get my propane tank refilled, and if it happens to be expired I can just exchange the tank for cheaper than other tank exchanges in the area. They also have a good selection of fasteners, and a variety of other things you might need for your projects.

Guy who helped me knew exactly what I needed and took me right to it got all my parts pieces and told me to get in line and got my tape. He was first class five-star, only reason not a five stars that I actually was looking for my parts on my own for about 10 minutes before somebody asked me for help. Which is highly unusual for this place I can't usually get past the cash register before somebody's taking me to where I need to go.

I have been going here for over 10 years and this place is hands down better than all the big box stores. They have every variety of hardware and fastener I've ever needed even the weird offsize specialty types. There have been times where I've gone to home depot or Lowe's and not been able to find a screw I need, but this Ace always has it.

Great customer service! Felt like valued customer right as I walked through the door. Was asked by several employees if I needed help with anything. Only two downfalls I can think of...One, it is a smaller store than Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. so they might not have exactly what you need. And two, their prices are a little bit higher than other places, like the big box stores. But the convenience of not wondering about in a big box store and the pleasant small/hometown feel will keep me coming back for more visits. Thanks for the awesome customer service folks! First class customer service. I have gone here countless times, mostly for their unmatched selection of hardware (metric, stainless steel, shoulder bolts, bushings, ...) and the employees are always knowledgeable and eager to help. My kids love the cat and popcorn.

Always clean but some items are spendy. For example the same 64 qt clear plastic totes sold at Dollar General right next door are $13, $11 if on sale. Ace's are $19.99. Guess where I got mine? 😉

Great Harware.Helpful to the point of annoying. Not uncommon to be asked by every employee in the store if I need a hand. Don't get me wrong, I like this place, but just let me shop. Maybe a green shopping basket means "I could use a hand.", red means "I'm good."?

It's great having a hardware store right in town where I don't need to drive out to Kentwood or Hastings for a few small items. They also have a very friendly and sleepy cat who is always down for some scritches.So far they have had everything we need for projects at home, they make keys, and are quick to take you to the exact item you're looking for.
