This is a really nice, modern TSC. It's spacious and very clean. Seems to be bigger than the TSC's that I usually shop at.Same selecting of clothes, boots and seasonal stuff.I did notice a dog wash here and I've never noticed it other stores.

Great selection of items within, ultimately was unable to purchase what I was looking for at my most recent visit, but I expected that upon visiting and was only hopeful they would have carried what I was looking for. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Love the bunnies they had for sale! So cute!

My husband and I wanted to plant new trees out front our home. I looked online for what trees grew best in sandy soil and found a lot. I chose what we wanted and called Tractor Supply. They had two. My husband was working and wouldn't be home until 5:30 and asked if they could hold two. They said they don't normally do that but did. The employees there are very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. We got our trees, didn't have to wait but maybe a minute in line and thats about it. In and out very fast and efficiently. 🍁🍃🍂🌳

We had an emergency on the highway involving our boat trailer. We were still over an hour from our destination and over 3 hours from home. We desperately needed to get to this Tractor Supply Co. for the parts and tools that we would need to fix the boat trailer so that we could continue driving. Our GPS told us we were going to arrive a few minutes after their closing time. I called ahead and explained our situation....and the staff was so wonderful. They stayed open late for us and helped us get what we needed. We were just so very thankful!

Okay store but I'm really disappointed in the garden center, all of the plants in the store look like they're dying. Not paying high prices for dead flowers. The rest of the store is still nice. This just ain't a good place to get plants, I recommend a greenhouse instead if you want flowers

Came in to get a few bags of pro pellets because it has been so cold at night and we were told they didn’t have any. But while driving in we saw more then a half a truckload of pro pellets in the parking lot. We were confused on why we couldn’t buy any when they had stacks of them.

Love this Tractor supply it has a dog washing area. My dogs love the bathing area and so do I because I don't have the mess in my bathroom. I get them a treat when they get done. Love the prices of their dog food. The workers are friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about what I need and what I am looking for. They will go out of their way to help you.

This Tractor Supply has always been a good stotte for me and my boy Tucker. They always welcomed Tucker when I shopped there. Tucker had his own shopping to do there each month. He loved the girls there they treated him with m much love. And free treats.

I really love this store! It has everything I have needed for my dog and my horse! The staff is great very helpful! Though a couple times there has been a couple employees that have ignored me and brushed me off. They were very rude.The products of this place is good as well! I’ve had a couple not so good products purchased but nothing to keep me from coming here!

I did not know the store had a policy on items that are marked two for a price. In order to get the price you need to buy two, well I didn't need to and what if a person couldn't afford two, they won't get the special. This practice isn't very fair. There isn't to many places that have that policy anymore. If I see something in the store ad I'll be sure to read the fine print. Thanks

I HAD been going here for years but no longer will be going to Tractor Supply. We have had two different issues this past year. One was being overcharged on a shipment which was supposed to be free shipping and additional charges showed up and it took many phone calls and attempts to receive the money back. I had to talk to different managers and corporate. The last thing that happened was with a pallet of wood pellets. I was told by the employee inside to pull around to the side and they would load the pallet then come to our window once it is loaded (It was below 0 degrees on this day) The guy loaded the pallet then came to the window and said that I was all set and he signed the receipt and I took off. As soon as I pulled out of the driveway, the pallet slid off and fell in the middle of the road/driveway. Mind you, I did not "gun it" or turn fast. When I returned inside, I talked to a few different people before talking to the manager. They made me go sit in my truck and after 30 minutes I returned inside and they said they were still working on it and they would come out to my truck. It took them a total of an hour and 13 minutes before they came out to my truck only to tell me that they loaded the pallet right and that it was our responsibility to check the pallet and the gentleman that loaded it has been loaded it for over 15 years. I have never seen a pallet that was left on the tailgate and not pushed further on the truck to sit over the axle. It has completely ruined my tailgate and nothing has been done from them. Both times the workers/managers/corporate belittle you and make it sound like it is your fault.

If I could i would give 0 stars. Customer service is horrible. After searching for 20 minutes after asking for help to find a bolt and no one came to help. Then when I find the bolt myself the cashier was rude. Very inconsiderate. I will never shop here again!! Yes. I looked for about 5 minutes for the correct bolt and told my 21 yr old son to go find someone to help. At least 30 minutes or more later no help. Not a Ty for shopping nor apology from cashier. Horrible service. Not the first encounter gone bad and definitely the last. Sorry Cadillac TSC u lost my business.

This is one of my favorite stores. I shop Tractor Supply for everything from pet supplies to pellet stove fuel. Staff is knowledgeable and are well trained in the areas of the store for which they are responsible. Whomever I speak to either has the answer to my questions or gets it! Never a disappointing experience!

I have horses and I buy all my fencing supplies here. I also buy things for my tractor here, like hitch pins and oil. It's a great store for animal feed and they even sell clothing and boots. I recommend them. Friendly staff and good prices. 👍😀

Prices are usually good.. But service wasn't very good.. Got 6 cattle panels and had them loaded into my new trailer. Kid had no idea how to load and my new trailers paint got all gouged and scratched up due to employee wasn't picking up his end during loading..

I went to purchase a trailer today and it took over an hour to purchase this product. I had trouble getting help to get the paperwork a certain 5 + 1/2 I-10 trailer. The young man that first help me did not understand what I needed. It was not his department but he was willing to help as much as he could. Then the original guy that works in this department came. He belittled the young man that was trying to help us. I did not think that was appropriate to belittle another employee in front of the customer. This young man was only trying to help us. Then when we went and told him what trailer we wanted in the front lot they only had one left. That was fine but they could not sell it to us because none of the paperwork that they had in the store matched that trailer. The bottom line is there is nothing wrong with the products from tractor supply it was the customer service. I think they need to take a look at that.

Typical tractor supply with the normal products and prices. Staff not very friendly or attentive. I've been here 3 times. Needed help each time. Couldn't get anymore help than a direction to an isle. Ok place to shop if know what you need. Not very helpful if you need help figuring out what you need like general hardware, plumbing etc questions

Tractor Supply pellets are normally wet because of being stored outside what causes an issue. Today we went in and bought some pellets and the bags were ripped open and the manager gave them to us at a discounted rate which I thought was nice. The staff always seem to be friendly and helpful but sometimes the prices are a little high

Last few times I have been in TSC I had a really great experience with a gentleman named Ricky. Very friendly and helpFul today he helped load livestock feed and was very polite and was glad to help me. I have never had a bad experience at TSC and Ricky has made it even more of a pleasure. Been a customer for years , kinda down sizing it appears not carrying a lot of stuff they use to. Becoming more of an internet store I think. Signed up for rewards over year ago. Just a sale tactic getting no special deals. Kinda of disappointed in them. Still an good store all in all

Found what I was looking for really quickly, was hoping for more cat food flavors though. I got to the front to find an incredibly long line with only one cashier but only a few minutes later they called up two other cashiers so check out was pretty quick.

Employees are always helpful. Yesterday I slipped on some ice outside, told the cashier when we went in. By the time we left (we were only inside for about 5 minutes), he was outside putting salt on the side walk.
