Managed to snag an item on clearance at a great price. Did a curbside order and went in to pick up the item. Lady working the register was very short with me, rude and reluctant to help. I received short, choppy one word answers. The two workers at the loading dock were the total opposite and incredibly friendly. Not sure I’ll be returning.

My daughter raises pigeons this is the only place in my area where I can find pigeon food in stock that I don't have to order in advance. The prices are comparable to places I shopped in the past.

Great place to buy pellets in the winter months. I purchase animal feed here also, very clean inside and has everything in stock when I need it. The parking lot is a bit scary and in need of repair.

Cashier's are not very helpful. Never can find any other employees in that store. Update on review. Have recently been there they have new employees and are super nice. Very helpful. Glad they changed for the better. Love there puppy selection. Thank you.

Pretty cool place. Haven't been in before but the prices seem a lot better than other spots. Got a ton of pellets at a fair price. I like the pro pellet, seems to burn better and longer. They have goat food cheaper than what I was getting it for. Think I found my new spot. Nice clean store, friendly folks workin there. Thanks.

Black Friday afternoon. No prices on many things. Decided the wait was not worth the unmarked items. Also had several people working the service desk but 2 individuals wouldn't acknowledge that I needed their help at the weapon counter. Lady that I finally got her attention was very helpful & knowledgeable.

It is really rough getting customer service in this location regularly. Once you find someone they are pretty good and try hard. Not enough employees? The store is clean, but being visually and physically impaired plus the lack of personnel tends to keep me away. Also prices are very difficult to locate and are not consistently placed. I don't like toting things to the front to get prices!

We got two bunnies from Family Farm And Home. They are so cute and absolutely great. They were healthy and adapted really well to our home. The employee who helped us with our bunnies was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service and attention to detail.

The store in general is filthy. There's dust on just about every shelf and item. The staff is pretty decent. A couple of them are very rude. They do price match which is the best thing they do there. Their rewards program sucks. I have spent thousands there and I have only received one $5.00 off coupon since they started it and it has a expiration date, so if you don't use it, you lose it, which in my book, is not right at all. With all of the negatives I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I went into this store for the first time a couple of years ago to buy pellets for my pellet stove when everybody else around was sold out. Not only did they have pellets available for me to take home that day, they also were able to order more for me, by the ton. Very competitive pricing and knowledgeable staff.

They have a nice selection at this store and almost always have what I need. However I do feel like the customer service workers there are pretty aloof. There was am excellent younger lady who used to help me but I haven't seen her around there in a while. That's too bad her type of customer service kept me coming back time and again.

Has all of your family, farm & home needs but building is super sketchy and not very well maintained. Floors are uneven at parts, and paint is chipping. But it still serves its purpose and will get you all your needs, just needs an update from headquarters.

Gift card buyers beware!!!! Do not purchase gift cards! For Christmas last year, my dad bought me 2 $50 gift cards from Family Farm & Home. I don't normally buy things from this store but I do have a pellet stove so I decided to use my gift cards to buy pellets. I have used both of them at different FFH stores (mainly Alma) and they worked just fine. I decided to use my remaining balance of 19.04 on one and $34 on the other, on 10 bags of pellets. The first gift card worked no problem, the second one kept reading 'card read error'. The cashier said there wasn't anything she could do. There is a number on the back of every gift card but she said she couldn't type anything in. I asked to speak to a manager but the not very friendly cashier said she was on a fork lift and refused to call her. I have never had such rude service any where. All I wanted to do was use up my gift card. I wanted to wait for the manager but the cashier, growing very impatient, made me very uncomfortable so my fiance paid the remaining balance, apologize to the other customers for the wait and we left the store. I will never be back.

Every time I visit this store it's a pleasure. I've had to make various emergency visits over the years and they've always had what I need. The store is clean and open, the staff is always friendly and helpful! I wish they stocked more smaller workboot sizes but they can order them.

I'm a believer that Family Farm & Home care about their customers and the American Farmer. A huge thanks to Cadillac, Clare, Reed City stores to the Regional Manger , Store Mangers, Floor Employees, and Cashiers for keeping the American dream alive as a small livestock farmer!!! Also Thanks Tye for coordinating all this. Cadillac will be my 1st stop for our Farm needs.

Even though they aren't my main feed supply store for the farm, every visit I do make they have always been well stocked and had the feed or other items I needed. Wide variety of birds in the spring as well, great place to pick some up!
