Starting to get frustrating. We just came today at 9:30 pm and the doors were locked. We stood there trying to get someone's attention only for someone to run to the back of the store and avoid us.This is one of the only stores in byron and this isn't the first time they close a half an hour before their posted closing time.It's a little ridiculous.

The grocery store interior itself is very cold and I can never catch any of the big sales when they happen but overall pretty great. The automatic sliding door that you typically see on big stores like these adds for a little touch of accessibility. Big selection of items like snacks, drinks, toys, cleaning products, etc. They store name-brand as well as off-brand products.

Decent prices on what they have. Would love to see some craft supplies besides the cheap ones they have.edited: they have been open for a few years now, have a different manager. The employees come and go but they have all been pretty friendly and seem to be able to do their job. I will say the Byron Dollar General is the cleanest one in our area . Employees don't just sit around. They are always busy either at the check out or stocking and straightening the shelves.

I wish I caught the name of my cashier tonight (08-18-22). My husband and I were there at around 8:50pm. The only Qtips I could find were travel sized and I was looking for the normal sized box. I went to check out, and the cashier asked me if that’s really what I wanted, or if I wanted a big box. She then walked me to where the Qtips are located (kind of an odd place 😂) and helped me get what I actually went there for, instead of just letting me buy something. Very friendly, very kind, and top notch customer service. She deserves recognition!

10/10100% highly satisfactory!The employee Sara is such a friendly person! Always has a smile on her face and wiling to go the extra step to make sure you get the things you need! Literally!!My fiancé was injured and could not physically go into the store to look at knee braces.Sara was SO kind and offered to go inside, and look for him. She brought out the kinds they had available and let him make the choice before even purchasing.She then finished the transaction for him and brought out his items.We need more Sara’s in the work industry and especially the world!

Nice sale today, we've never spent $80. in a DG before. The salesgirl pointed out some 90% off Christmas items and we indulged. Also found some cuteness for our front porch this fall and around the house items that were a little more affordable than the grocery store.Cleaning items at national brands are pennies less, but we were there, some grocery items were less expensive.Nice clean store. Friendly sales girl.We only went in to get deodorant!

It's a brand new large very clean and organized store. It has a very chronological layout where everything is easy to find so that you can easily go in find what you looking for and check out. The ladies working there are very nice and helpful and always willing to take the time to make sure your experience there is Pleasant. I recommend this Dollar General over almost every other one I've been in. They have lots of good sales different ones every week and if you use the Dollar General app and download the digital coupons you even save more money.

This dollar general never has what we need. It is always messy. And I don't ever get service in the building.. Would rather spend my money elsewhere and drive farther and get what I need.

I love this place, always a great experience at the Byron DG, this DG has some of the best employees, there store is always clean, there shelfs are full, items are always pulled forward, I have yet to find a complaint about this DG in Byron Mi. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.

What can you say it's a dollar store. Dollar stores are not for me, but this one was convenient for me today. This store was very clean and they had what I needed and to top it off the clerks were very friendly.
