The pharmacy is almost always rude over the phone to the point that I dread calling them every month. Sad that this pharmacy is the only one that reliably stocks my meds because I can't stand 90% of the employees here.I highly suggest checking y'all's attitudes because you're straight up intolerable.

Walgreens, Byron Center, rudest people on the planet. I will be switching to another pharmacy. Said pharmacy that I am switching to ask me to have my doctor call them. They don't want to deal with Walgreens either. Shame on them. The rest of the store seems fine. Just management and the pharmacy. Judging by the reviews I would dare say that I am not the only one that feels this way. Bye bye Walgreens.

Terrible staff. Idk who Stacey is but she should be fired. I called about a prescription and she told me it wasn’t ready. But immediately after told me she didn’t even check the system. Huh wonder how that works. Need better staff with better people skills

When they are busy they will hang up on you or just blatantly ignore you.The level at which the pharmacy staff conduct themselves is ridiculous.Being busy does not give anyone the right to be disrespectful.

Some of the staff, including the manager, are very rude and act like it’s such a hassle helping you when you’re in the store. The store is unorganized most of the time and the staff is just sitting and “hanging out” at the photo desk and not assisting anyone.

I just got off the phone with the pharmacist Samantha, I spoke with the pharmacist herself, I have to say, she was cheerful, polite, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, she answered questions I didn't know I needed answered. The kind of questions that you think of only after you hang up. I received above and beyond service from Samantha . It seems to me that many people are angry over something these days, and maybe they have a right to be, maybe sick, or whatever, however, when someone does an exceptional job, I think it's worth the time and effort to let them know....Thank You Samantha!

The staff in the pharmacy at this Walgreens location is amazing and their customer service is great and they treat you with kindness and compassion which is a lost art in customer service these days. I was recently diagnosed with a few horrible auto immune diseases and their efforts to help with my insurance and to get things straight for me means so much to me, especially During a very trying and difficult year healthwise. I highly recommend using this Walgreens location for any of your prescription or Health needs!

I'm an artist and put in an order to have quite a handful of prints (which I've successfully done through Walgreens before) it took a good hour to upload the art and submit my order. I got a call shortly after saying that my work was copyrighted and they wouldn't print my order. I explained in detail that it was my work and I've printed through them before. They wanted proof aside from my obvious signature (which obviously matches my name, smh) they wanted me to bring in my ipad pro to prove it before they would even print anything. I declined and was forced to cancel my order. Not sure if they are allowed to reject my order like that, they never did before. I just wish they would have worked with me better.

Missy was very helpful and friendly in helping my Dad print photos for a locket he got my mom for Mother’s Day . Something they told my Dad they could not help him with at Mark’s photo.

Overall I like this Walgreen's. They really do need to work on social skills of people running the checkout. Sometimes the best you get is some sort of grunt at you.

2 is a favor. the employees are just rude when answering the phone. Called 3-4 times in a week for a manager and kept getting extreme sass.. that’s not how you treat someone who is applying to your store..

The cashier Tom was very rude. Came up to the register and he was on his phone never even greeted me then he continued to be on his phone before even helping me. He rolled his eyes at me at one point as well. Not pleased with this visit.

You can stand around inside at 7am and watch me walk to the door but you didn't unlock the doors til 5 after. Your website can use location, thinks I'm in Ohio everytime it first loads

It’s a good Walgreens, it’s not a great Walgreens.I’ve been multiple times where I don’t get the traditional “welcome to Walgreens” that most other Walgreens are trained to do.
