5/5 StarsThis is easily one of the cleanest Tractor supplies I've ever been at. They always have alot of the dog food and cat food I'm looking for and it's always for organized and full! The staff is also very informed about the stuff they sell and always are able to answer any questions I or other people may have. If you are looking for a great Tractor supply this is the one!

I think his name was Toney? (Not sure), but none the less he was super rude in a sense to myself. He asked me what I was shopping for and I told him dog food, (while I was in the dog food section.) And he recommended I check out the chicken section because chick days are coming up? I'm confused why he would tell me about chicken food when I only have a dog, along with he seemed like he didn't care what I said but more of what he wanted to tell me. Overall, it was very disappointing coming to this tractor supply... I won't be returning.

I purchase a lemon tree online and had it delivered. The 20 minute drive to the store didnt bother me nor did the 30 min wait to find my order. But I heard the songs for a Charlie Brown Christmas play in my head when I opened the box.I attached pics of what I expected according to the website and what I recieved.

The "Manager" Jen was super rude to us. She seemed like she just didn't have the time of day to help us. It wasn't like it was busy also... I think we happened to be the only customers in the store. So I'm not sure why she was so rude to us and came off with a massive attitude... I will not be returning to this store due to her...

Whoever runs the vet clinic has the worst customer service I've ever seen. After waiting for almost 2 hours, the checkin lady (or whatever she is) told me to "get on out of here, we're not gonna serve you" after I asked 1 (one) question. Literally just asked if I was required to give her my home address (I've never been to one of these clinics before, which I told her, so how am I supposed to know it's required?). I was told about this clinic by a coworker and had heard great things, but now I'd rather go to any other vet. That was a waste of time to be rudely told off for asking a question.

This place is great! I usually go to buy chicken feed and treats, but they have other pet supplies and farm and home needs. The other day I visited the store again, and from the moment I walked in, DeSean greeted me happily and helped me find the items I was looking for. He was very friendly and approachable, and I really appreciated his willingness to help me find items. When he found out his store was out of stock on one of the items I wanted, he discussed the options with me on how I could acquire it still. He seriously took care of me from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. I hope he's working the next time I stop in!

I’ve called multiple times for different items numerous times and every time I’ve either gotten hung up on I’ve gotten put on an extremely long hold or I’ve gotten told that they cannot give me the item and then I go in store and I can I do not recommend this store. Have had family & friends shop here as well.

Extremely unsatisfied by my experience today. I have legitimately spent thousands of dollars the last 2.5 years buying propane from this location using the exact same tanks. 2 of my 30lb tanks have been recertified by Purity cylinders in 2020 on 28th st. I get them filled at least once a week at this location today Jen "the manager" informed me that they no longer recognize the recertification engraving on my tanks and will not fill them. I highly encourage anyone with an engraved certification on their tanks to go to Camping World on 76th Street, their customer service is much better and you'll have no issues with getting your tanks filled there.

Terrible service. Guy was just staring at me at the end of the isle and treated me like I was stealing. Said is everything ok? He says. We closed like 5 minutes ago. Look at my phone at its 8:02. Sorry didn’t realize you closed at 8 and that’s all you had to say. Won’t shop here again 1/16/2023

Walked into the building to grab my dogs food. The store has really gone down the gutter in the past 4-6months. It USED to be one of the better kept up farm stores in the Wyoming area. This place is not swept, or cleaned like it was. Dog food is never filled and the people who work their seem to not like the job. I don't know what happen, but someone either left or the person who had been in control is not anymore. I tried to get propane at this location, also wanted to pay outside and was told NO, very unhappy with this service. Just seem to have hit a point where I won't be ever coming back. Done!!!!

Love to go in just to see the baby ducks and chicks. I have been there to purchase some alfalfa hay for my rabbits. The prices are great and the service is amazing. They also have a pretty good pet section, which I frequent a lot.

Associates greet everyone and make sure you feel welcome. Very clean nice kept and well organized. Prices are fine, and selection is great. Dog wash station is very nice and has alot of options for cleaning and grooming dogs! Will come back again

Hey a great place too shop,,,, I stopped in looking for a pressure washer and they had what I was looking for and it was on sale too boot. I like this store, good people, easy too find what you need.Take care ya all....

Eric, the mgr. is phenomenal! My Emerald came out of the setting putting the 50# bag of bird feed in my blazer and he came out and Found it! What a Blessing! It's a Miracle he found it! Omg I'm so impressed. And I Love 68th St. Tractor Supply now. Thank you Eric!!

The young man that dug out my dog food from the bottom of a pallet only to figure out it was wrong kind and then did the other pallet to get to the right one is amazing! Everyone that works in retail should take notes from him. He absolutely made my day.

Always a great experience! Every time I use the curbside service, their response is fast and order fulfillment accurate! So glad to have a store that takes COVID safety seriously. Anyone that needs what this TSC offers should feel good about the visit!

I love coming here. One of the few stores you can bring your dogs to anymore. Friendly staff, and they actually have good prices even compared to stores like Amazon and Walmart. I've bought everything from live chickens and ducks to tools, and hardware.

Went to purchase an 3 point auger and auger bit today, when I asked for help from the worker he looked extremely irritated I would ask him something. so I said unless you are to busy... He stated he has multiple things going on... So I said ok never mind.It’s amazing today that other things going on is more important than customers that are in the store ready to purchase.Terribly rude and poor customer service

Picked up some hog panels to create trellises in the garden. They loaded me up great guys helped me out. and that Madison working upfront always was a pleasure when she was at the Marquette store helping me. Glad to see a great company that holds onto good workers. I great company to work for and shop for I reckon. I'll keep going back. Also got me new tires for my dolly, but weren't the right size after all but wasn't a thing simply brought back in and after I took a pic, I got the right size tires. Also found a good bargin buy on a star for outside the house. :)

A great place to stop for basic farming supplies. I've bought quite a few tools and truck accessories here that I've been happy with. The prices are usually a little higher than anywhere else but the convenient layout and smaller size make for a better trip than other box stores.

They always have what I need. Ive bought baby chicks, farm supplies, chicken food, files, taps, tires, drill bits, hardware, chainsaws, flashlights... On top of having a great selwction the staff is very helpfull and knowledgeable. So happy that this store is so close to my home and work.

I went there looking for grass seed and fertilizer. I have been to several Tractor Supply Companies and you can find everything you need for a farm. This one had almost nothing. I asked for help as far as where everything was and the employee was very rude to me. I finally found the location of the seed and it was a small closet with almost nothing in it. I will never go back to that store again.

Seems getting any kind of customer service is asking for much more than their employees are willing to give. I must say the employees are some of the rudest I deal with. Gave them a 3 star rating because they carry what I need and are close to me.

I was referred to this Tractor Supply by the Hudsonville store so I could purchase Pheasants. I spoke with the manager directly and told him I wanted to purchase 12 chicks and I am willing to pre-pay for them. He said I am not allowed to pre-pay but he will hold 12 and call me as soon as they come in. I never heard back so the last few weeks I have been calling once a week to double check on when the Pheasant chicks would be in. On todays call, I found out they had already came in and are sold out! I find this unacceptable and very poor customer service. This type of thing is becoming normal business practice for a lot of businesses, not just TSC. Bring back customer service please!

I don't understand how you could sell 2 ducks to a 16 year old girl without asking where they're going to be. Then when I called the gentleman said I only sell ducks You can't return them. Apparently there was no ask for ID or anything but then when my friend called back the female manager told her I can't believe you sent your daughter or let your daughter come out and buy ducks. That is not good customer service.

Nice clean new location. One employee was super nice and helpful with answering my questions and giving advice about raising chicks. Definitely will be coming back.
