i came to do homework and the environment and detail in the decor is amazing! there was a cute little nook i was able to sit in to concentrate. i got a vanilla maple latte and the barista working was soo sweet too <3Wheelchair accessibility: there’s a ramp right in front of the door and there’s a automatic door button to get in.

Customer service was top notch. I met one of the owners and he took time out of training an employee to chat with me. The honey lavender latte made by another employee was just above luke warm but tasted good and was not too sweet. It's a really relaxing cafe with plenty of space in between tables you don't feel your privacy invaded by other people at tables.

Very disappointed (and embarrassed) of my first and only experience here.I went to Full Circle today with a friend to go over work, and before coming checked out their menu as I had not been there before. They do not offer any food, aside from muffins and scones. My meeting was around lunchtime and so I grabbed a sub from Jimmy John’s to eat while I was there. While I understand it can be frowned upon to bring in outside food or drink to other food establishments, I didn’t think I was completely in the wrong since they don’t offer a food menu for me to order from.I’d like to mention I’m also 35 weeks pregnant. I was sitting with my friend (who ordered a scone and a coffee) and while I was in the middle middle of eating my sub, I was approached by the owner to stop eating because outside food and drink is not allowed. I checked around the shop and their website and nothing is listed to prohibit this. I had to go out to my car to finish my sandwich before continuing my meeting.Furthermore, after I returned from my vehicle, a group of young teenagers came in with beverages and food from Starbucks! They were NOT approached by the owner during their time there to stop eating or drinking like I was. I made sure to keep an eye and see if he would treat them the same. I’m unsure why I was singled out.Really bummed about this interaction and how inconsistent their “policies” are. I would’ve appreciated a warning, given the circumstances, and fair treatment amongst all patrons. As a resident of Byron Center, I will not be returning and will give my business elsewhere.

Full Circle Coffee is an absolute gem that I recently discovered. My order of the Hot Chia Latte left me in awe with its creamy and delicious flavor, complemented perfectly by a delightful spice infusion. The café's ample seating options make it an ideal space for productivity or catching up with friends. The friendly service and bright, clean environment further enhance the overall experience.

This is honestly just not a great coffee shop. The coffee is okay, the seating and lighting is alright, but the customer service is pretty horrible. It's not really a welcoming atmosphere at all. Most of the employees aren't very kind or respectful, if I ever tried to talk to them about anything other than my coffee order they would just stare back with a blank face. It doesn't really seem like they care about the customers much (until they leave a bad review). If you're looking for a better coffee shop, I'd recommend Roots Brew Shop. They have good coffee, their seating and lighting is much better, customer service is miles better and their employees are much more friendly!

Great place. The interior is beautiful and super clean, and lots of places to set up if you’re studying or meeting friends. Staff are super attentive and helpful, top notch service. And the warm vanilla scone was the perfect antidote to a rainy and cold day. The menu isn’t sprawling like some places, but that isn’t what I was looking for. They have the basics and some phenomenal baked goods. Oh, and they have board games and books—what’s not to love? Will be back when I need to unbury myself from homework.

Cozy, friendly neighborhood coffee shop. The first time I went, I got the chai latte to go, which I was expecting to be amazing because it was a homemade concentrate but I was a bit disappointed because it just tasted like cinnamon milk. The second time around, I went with a friend and sat for a while. My honey lavender latte was delicious, although I couldn't really taste the lavender. And the cranberry scone I ate was wonderful--flavorful and soft on the inside! Both times, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the space was comfortable.

This place has a brilliant atmosphere. It's clean, tidy, and a wonderful place to sit down and do some homework. Staff are okay, slightly rude at times but understanding when needed. And the coffee? They're straight espresso shot tends to be a little bitter at times, and acidic at others. Complexity is lacking as well from their shots. Stick to their milk and iced drinks. Milk is frothed well, and poured well too with clean, tidy, and consistent pours.

First time at this spot for some coffee and conversation with a friend. Super cool atmosphere, great place to meet friends, but I'm sure it would be great just to come and relax with a cup of coffee! Super helpful service and excellent friendliness, which really helped the vibe of a nice place to sit and spend some time!..Glad we chose this place to meet, and we will definitely be back! (Oh yeah, and the house brew coffee was really good too!!)
