No return policy. While my kids and I put everything in the car, a plate accidentally broke. I picked up the pieces and brought it back in really quickly and asked for a new one. The supervisor rudely said “if you buy it!” The employee at the register actually PAID for a new plate, and I want to do something to thank her the next time I go in there. I could not believe this situation. Is this even allowed?! What’s the point of having a receipt?!

Dollar Tree is Dollar Tree -- You get what you pay for. I'm already impressed that they have books, but I did see movies today and thought that was kinda cool, just wish they had kids ones.

Kudos to this Store's Manager! This Manager, Jen, has staffed her store with friendly, helpful employees. They are pleasant and have a good attitude on the job, which seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days! As Manager, Jen is very accommodating and is always willing to take the extra step to satisfy a customer's needs. Her store is always clean, the shelves are neat and organized, so anything I need is easy to find.As I approach any store, I notice things like is the sidewalk in front of the store clean or littered with debris? Is door glass clean or filthy? It's probably similarly kept inside.Not the case here!I also like that this particular Dollar Tree is much larger than other Dollar Tree Stores I've shopped. There are other Dollar Tree Stores closer to where I live, but I prefer shopping here.You should be proud of this Store!

The store seem to be clean and organized. Everyone here seem to be friendly and nice. I was very satisfied with my shopping trip and I got my children school supplies. If you want good things at a cheap price is a good store to go to. The store did not appear to be busy on that Sunday evening.

It's a dollar tree so you can't be too picky. Overall, it was clean, the employee's were friendly, and there was a nice variety of the items you expect to find for a dollar. My only complaint is the lack of dog toys, but it might just have the timing of my visit.

I hope you teach your employees to be polite and courteous to the paying customer. Everytime I go to this location, the cashiers are rude and never say a word to me!! I understand working in general is hard work, but don't be rude to a customer just because you have to work or in bad mood!! I personally thought it was a racial thing, but I noticed its all the employees. Geesh!

This is one of the nicest Dollar Trees in this area. Cashier's are always very friendly. The store seems to be cleaner than others in the area.

Just discovered this store recently. It's great! Clean, well-lit, nice employees, GREAT selection of products! And everything is $1! Definitely recommend this store if you're looking to save money!

Most "dollar stores" are imitations. Dollar Tree? Everything is $1. The lady who checked my order out? Bless her soul, she was a sweetheart. Would definitely go there again.

The young blond cashier was refusing to get me help with my things out or help and made a rude reference as to why would I help you after I asked her three times. I had to really show her my cane and explain my disability. She was behaving as if this was just to much to ask of her. She tossed the stuff in my vehicle and turned and walked off. I thanked her and she didn't respond at all. I think some training with how to handle a situation with disabled customers would be helpful.

Workers were yelling about how terrible their customers were. The lady in line in front of me almost forgot her change and the cashier yelled at her asking what was wrong with her. Then the cashier proceeded to take our basket and just dump everything out and all over the floor. Luckily the glass item that was in our basket didn't break. Very rude. We do not plan on going in again.

My husband and I have lived in the area for 3 years. We make this store a weekly stop and get many essentials here. The shelves are always stocked and many of the staff know us and give the utmost respect and exceptional customer service.With the above said, today was an exception. Hence why I gave 3 stars due to we do like this store just not the staff that waited on us today during check out.Most visits the staff is friendly, helpful and OBSERVANT. Today the staff was not. Most visits we are greeted by the staff that know us and even if they didn't would not have treated us like the girl did today. She like most of the other staff greeted us as we came in; but during check out is were I ended up having to be forceful due to her lack of observation. Even if she did observed the fact my husband walks with a cane; their was no exception for the down right sexist discrimination. Upon check out after stating that the chocolate cake mix sounded really good and that she was hungry; which I have worked customer service for almost 15 years now and know that small talk can make the transactions go easier; so this comment was borderline but not offensive. It was when I picked up the 3 bags. Which one contained small items, one bag contained two 3 liters of fago and the last she bagged was a 3rd fago 3 liter. At this point she hesitated in handing me the bag and said:"You should have him carry this one."I responded while reaching and taking the bag:"No, he cannot carry anything heavy."She said "oh" and gave us our total, but the point went right over her head.If you remember at the start of this review I stated my husband walks with a cane. Yes, he and I may look young, but NO ONE should make judgments on who can carry what. One can not know what another maybe going through in their life just by the look of them. If she was going to make any observation and decided to react to that observation; it should have been the Army hat that he always wares. That would have been a 'safe' comment to make. Not the assumption that just because he's a tall younger man with a short younger woman that the man should always carry the bags. That was way out of line. This service associate needs to learn real quick that the customer is always right and what is safe to comment on and what's crossing the line.

Customer service is the worst. I did a money back on my order and told they lady I would.like anything but a 10 so I didnt have to into another store for change. She hands me a 10 and I say I dont think you heard what I said she said I dont care what you said. Definitely will not be back with employees like that. Would leave 0 stars if it was an option.

Super friendly people here. Employees communicate with each other on everything. They are always stocking up on things. Its all really a dollar too, not like some dollar stores.

I always forget this place is here. That mall its in is starting to die out. The store is always cleaned. I often see employees talking in the front of the store to each other but it doesn't bother me because the place is well taken care of.
