Im sooo upset on how they groomed my dog hes a bernedoodle and this is not the cut i asked for. I never said to shave him down. Nor did i said to shave his whole face and ears. And the tail, what the hell is that!? Why leave it fluffy in the tip of the tail.!? And his whole body is shaved down!? Paying $100 for this? Is unbelievable. I told them how i wanted my dog cutt but never did i say to shave him down! Will not be returning back. My bernedoodle should be cutt just like the last picture im posting ! Which is how i wanted him done to begin with! I have to rate a 1 star on this to post this review. But for me it gets 0 stars. Because they did whatever they wanted with MY DOG!

We love Brady’s groom room so much! Amanda grooms our girl, Ryleigh. Ryleigh is a bit shy and anxious around new people and in new environments and Amanda is SO amazing and patient with her. We love it here! Would 100% recommend to anyone!!

We have taken our two large dogs there once so far but we will be back! They were so kind and easy to work with. They were great with our two dogs and provided a wonderful bath to the two of them!

It only took us about a year to find Brady’s groom room after going to almost all of them in Kent county. We are super happy and super glad we found this place.10/10!

We are so impressed with this groomer! Haven, our almost 2 year old bernedoodle, is fairly anxious and absolutely hates going to the groomer. We’ve only had her professionally groomed one other time and it didn’t go very well. We have groomed her at home here and there but she was in desperate need for a real cut after this winter of playing in the snow. The people at Brady’s were SO sweet and handled Haven so well, that she actually didn’t hate the experience :) She is so fluffy and cute now, no more shaggy knots in her crazy fur! Very happy!

Brady’s Groom Room does a great job of grooming our little guys! We have a long haired dachshund and a long haired chiwienie - neither of them particularly like being groomed but the both look great when they’re done! You do have to schedule in advance because they’re quite busy. In fact, maybe I should give lower stared review to keep this place a secret 😉

Took my Bernedoodle Chloe for a cut and shampoo along with other services and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend them. They were very nice, professional and accommodating!
